My experience with Omni was excellent. I tried getting in touch with the IRS to get in a payment plan for my back taxes for over a year with no success. Omni started making traction within the first month, facilitated and helped me through the process, and ultimately got me on an affordable payment arrangement. Saved me a lot of stress. I would recommend them to anyone having issues getting traction and answers from the IRS.

After years of struggling to make payments to the IRS, I finally reached out to my Tax Preparer for help finding a tax relief company. The referral was to Omni Financial. My experience with Omni Financial was the best referral I could have received. Multiple companies call you when you're in trouble, however Daniela Avendano and her team at Omni Financial listened to the situation and never made me feel like without them I wouldn't get any tax resolution. Instead with their help, and following the process, I submitted all the required documents, and I received a fair resolution. I would recommend Omni Financial.

I have had the pleasure of working with Omni Financial over the years and they have done great work for our company. I was referred to Omni and Sean by a friend. They did not have to help me as it was really just a favor. Instead Sean and the whole team bent over backwards to help me. They went through all my paperwork and questions and did every thing they could to help me with my income tax issues. Retained Omni Financial to help out with some tax issues from an old business. Team Sheila Franks was very thorough and answered every single question or concern that I had. I was kept up to date throughout the entire process and knew everything that was being done to come to a satisfactory resolution. Daniela Avendano along with her director Aaron Tower. Helped on both my personal taxes and our corporate taxes. They were always attentive and responsive. They did nothing that they promised, they only call and keep asking for more money. It put me in a worse spot then if I had not called them.

I’m Patrick I was shocked when IRS sent me a bill for about $109.000 at first I was a little hesitate to hire Omni cause of my trust issues after a long conversation with the team I’d decided to hire them, believe me that was one of the best move I have made in my live within the next day I received some very positive results I was so happy I was speechless the money they had charge to start the work was canceled according to them there was no reason to charge me for something so simple I’m so happy right now I feel like a very big load is off my back God put that team on my path to work with me for a reason. I was being bombarded with correspondence in the mail and calls regarding a TAX Matter that occurred many years ago. This was definitely a situation that was "out of my wheelhouse" of knowledge.
I began working with the Staff at Omni Financial and they took the needed steps to get my "case" on the right track.

At first I was skeptical because I had chosen two other tax corporations to help me with my taxes and both of them just took my money and ran they didn't do anything for me except for put me in a non collectible status Omni financial and a matter of about five or six months had done more for me and that. Of time then both of those other two companies put together over the years that I have been paying these people so I'm actually went to work and got the job done they explain to me what would happen how would happen and it happened just exactly the way they say it and I received an offer I accepted offer made my payment and they got they got me taken care of. I really want to thank everyone that was involved with my case and getting me back on the right track with the IRS thanks you guys really appreciate you God bless you all thx.

Omni helped me track and resolve my case with a payment plan. All the way through the process they explained the process clearly and followed through with it. Along with the resolution, they supported and treated you with respect. I felt the support, protection and the peace of mind in an unknown territory. Is not the fundamental question, when employing any service or product, would you repeat the exercise? I my case the answer is clear, "Yes!" The problem facing anyone when the IRS hovers above your neck is, assuming all appeals have been exhausted, one's ability to pay the tax or penalty demanded by the IRS. I do not know, but I suspect that the IRS has software in which they plug in all factors presented to them, and the computer determines how many monthly payments for how much money the victim can bear. In others words, subjectivity is pretty much gone. I would suspect that a given IRS agent responds to a honest, sincere representative better than to a representative that is less so. In this case, Dalton Jenkins of Omni served me very well.
