Quick, Efficient Service

My call was answered immediately by Onecadstore where I purchased my AutoCAD software. I explained the error message I was receiving that prevented me from accessing my program. I was panicked as I had drawings I had to get out the door! He calmly downloaded a software routine that allowed him to fix the error in a minute or two and then I was up and running again. No hassle, no histrionics, just quick efficient service, which is what I've had in every exchange with this company over the years.

Communication was first rate

Communication was first rate! Very helpful. My current internet speed is on the slower side so as the file was downloading he took my phone number and planned to monitor the progress and call me back when it was finished. The moment it was finished I got a call and then we repeated the process while it loaded. Just as before, I received a prompt call and then it was on to transferring my custom toolbars and settings. This all took time because my internet speed but Alan made it entirely hassle free. I have had zero problems with the install and I am now enjoying my new AutoCad version. This was the easiest operation I have ever experienced with a tech controlling my computer from a remote location. BRAVO!

Very satisfied with my purchase as well as their services.

I have purchased 3 different copies of software, all of which run on Windows 11, they run perfectly. Moreover, my machine had given me trouble few months after the purchase, my hard drive had some issues which was not related to the purchased software. I contacted OneCAD Store for advise and they helped me a great deal and reinstalled the software at no cost to me. They have always been there when I needed them. I recommend this company, I am very satisfied with my purchase and their services.

Great work!

The installation time was only about 20 min. Technician was very efficient. I didn't have to struggle to download and install the program.

Sells cracked software for AutoCAD

Sells cracked software for AutoCAD. Installed the software we paid for and several virus scanners pick up pieces of the install as being malware/trojans/crackware.

Despite the store's claims of this being a fake review, this is not fake. For the sake of privacy I have not posted my name.

Please provide us with your name and email so that we can still check and provide you with the details, but most probably, this sounds like a fake review or was done by a competitor intentionally.
