Tim, Melonie and the rest of the team sho has helped me was extremely helpful and patient with me. I asked many questions and they had all of the answers and also gave me very great advice. I highly recommend Quicken Loans!!

Mary Vellmure was and is exceptional in her job walking us through everything. Though jumping through hoops with the underwriters wasn't the easiest thing in the world, they were just crossing all the t's and dotting all the i's. I am very happy with the outcome. And we have a line of credit if we need it.

Extremely professional, very helpful and personable. I really enjoyed working with Delilah McDay. I’m going to miss talking with her I felt we had a connection, almost like a friend. I worked very little with Melanie as she was in final step of the process, even so she was professional and kept me informed as to the finalization of the loan. I will definitely recommend one reverse mortgage and send the person to Delilah McDay.

I enjoyed working with Eric and Roger, they took time to explain when I was having problem to understand. It will be such nice not to make mortgage payment thank you both of you for helping me to have easy life now on.

It was quite an experience .but with the best team behind me. my questions where always answered in a professionally and friendly manner.

Trevor explained the process from beginning to end. He was always available to answer our questions and make sure we had an accurate understanding each step of the way. He promptly followed up to make sure we had received the necessary documents and to make sure we didn’t have any questions.

Very courteous and professional staff. Trevor Buban handled the entire procedure in an excellent manor. He explained all aspects of a reverse mortgage and answered all my questions. I will recommend One Reverse Mortgage to my friends.

It was a pleasure sharing the initiation. progress and completion of my Reverse Mortgage with Billy and Eric. The subsidiary companies were also pleasant and helpful through the entire time it took to complete the project.

Tim, Melanie, Rick, Terry and the other people working on this loan for me were great! My phone calls were always returned promptly, all my questions were always answered, if there was a problem they explained everything to me and we worked it out together. They were always patient, and compassionate with my situation, and worked hard to make a deadline when time was of the essence with an issue that I had. I couldn't be happier with the service I received!

Jim walked us right through the process and his team did an excellent job. He answered all our questions and his customer service is top notch. Follow ups were a breeze as they answered the questions we had. Great guy that followed through with everything. Ask for Jim if you are wanting a reverse mortgage.

The experience was long and tedious but we would not have had it any other way. We appreciate the through way the process was handled.

Simple and easy to work with. Explains everything very well. Takes the time if you have any questions. Very personable and courteous. Have recommended them several times.

Simple & easy. The agents explained everything and answered all of our questions. (I think they have done this before)

Frustrated, time consuming. Took longer to close than planned, and difficult to reach Marcus and Claudia several times. Promises made that was not completed on a few things. I did not seem to feel like I was a priority any longer as much in this last month.
