Refinanced with Rocket Loans 2 years ago, had an amazing experience with them. When I decided to see about a reverse type loan I called Quicken and they suggested One Reverse Mortgage and it turned out to be the same experience, caring and knowledgeable, friendly experienced and very responsive!
I want to especially thank and commend Chris Prescot and his associates for their sense of urgency in getting my new mortgage closed timely.
I feel I have made a friend while dealing with Chris and know ORM will be successful with valuable employees like him.

Eric Bitanga was more than outstanding. I cannot ever remember working with anyone so professional and detailed as Eric. He made a point to keep me up to date on each step of the approval process, and was always available when I had any questions. I shared this with my son-in law and he said that he had heard nothing by good things about Quicken Loans...I told him there is no question in my mind that you are the best, in large part because of employees like Eric. I am so happy we decided to go with One Reverse Mortgage.

Very experienced staff to work with, the procedures were simple and efficient and the timeline of the whole process was excellent. One side note - the lady that came to close on our RM said that One Reverse Mortgage had the most complete and detailed paperwork, better than a few other companies that she has used.
