We are very pleased with our choice of One Reverse Mortgage. We feel that getting everything together to the escrow closing was confusing, hard to follow the process in order to get everything done and signed. Ann started our paperwork, followed by Austin working with us and our son and Roger all were right there to answer questions and keep us up on each set of papers that came in mail. Even the Notary, was wonderful. She was very patient as we were loosing ours.
All in all, our experience was all we could ask for. Your staff are all very good people persons.

Every thing was excellent except for the second home inspection.
There was a big difference from the first inspection after seeing the paper work it showed that he missed a lot of items in our home and some of the pictures were from a different house. I think the inspector was not doing a good job. This resulted in us not getting the extrs fund in the account.

ORM has a wonderful, caring and most helpful staff. They were able to assist me with my situation, which I was not sure could be done. Mike, Eric and others are terrific. I can't begin to thank them for their help and assistance.

It’s been a really long process! From the start we were told that my mother would only have to make one more mortgage payment before the process would finalize but she made two. We had problems with homeowners insurance coverage, that wasn’t noticed until the last minute which delayed things. The charges to process the loan were nearly $10,000 leaving my mother with no funds to repair her home( which was the reason ). She was told she would have her funds direct deposited on a certain day and that didn’t happened. Nothing happened as were told. It’s been a horrible experience! No home repairs will be done this year because the fees for the loan were horrible! Not to mention she hasn’t received the small portion that’s due to her. My mother is elderly and she been so afraid this entire process. She heard the horrible stories about the elderly being taken advantage of and this process doesn’t help...Very dissatisfied! Going to google to post my review! Im retracting my survey review!

I was pleasantly pleased with the overall process. I liked the fact that it was all done over the phone or through e mail, and I found the people that I dealt with to be personable and very helpful. Having heard all of the bad things about reverse mortgages I was somewhat uneasy when starting the process, but at least with Reverse Mortgage I had no issue. My only complaint is sometimes they all speak to fast. They need to slow down.

My experience with one reverse mortgage has been excellent. Everyone involved has been extremely helpful and professional and ready at any time to answer even the easiest questions. I have been very pleased with the entire process from start to finish.
