Great people to work with............................

SO far so good. Everything proceeded in a very timely fashion. Great follow up with right amount of contact.

We really needed the money and are very pleased this finally worked out. Wes Scarlett has been amazing! He is a very talented and persistent Solutions Consultant, who really made it happen. The underwriting process was very intense and time consuming. We learned much from this process and are grateful that One Reverse Mortgage took the time to explain everything along the way.

Agents were friendly and cooperative. Process was explained in detail. Only problem I encountered was that the application process was too long and information required was excessive.

This has been a miserable experience, due to delay after delay. We started this process in late June and are just now getting finished.

Everyone was helpful and explained process easily to understand.

We never thought we could qualify for a reverse mortgage. We finally reached the point that we really needed to see about it or sell our home. For most of the process I worked with Marcus Settles. My husband has a job that would not be conducive to making/receiving phone calls or access to office equipment. So I handled the entire process by myself. There were some personal issues that slowed down getting paperwork sent in and I work 3 days a week. Marcus is a consummate professional yet he was warm, caring and understanding. He continued to be encouraging and supportive; without that I don’t think I could have gotten everything done. Marcus got a promotion I’m certain he deserved. At that point Jonathan Ruiz took over our case. I felt Marcus had taken time to let him know everything about our ongoing process. He, too, was patient and supportive. Nearly every day there was some paperwork that was needed. I have to admit the quantity and specific demands nearly caused me to say, “Forget it, I can’t do this anymore.” I even wrote an email about it. As it turned out, everything came together and Jonathan worked some miracles we never expected. There was lots of communication, the underwriting team stayed on top of everything that was needed. We will close tomorrow and I feel blessed to have found a company with most excellent people who were determined to procure the reverse mortgage. I cannot say an adequate “Thank You” for all the hard work and dedication that went into making our reverse mortgage happen. It means everything to us for a myriad of reasons. I have already referred someone to you. And finally, I don’t think anyone will miss having to work with us again! 😄 Linda L.

I had the best experience ever in my life and I am 83 years old and have a PhD in Marketing. Over these many years my experience has in training many sales personnel I have seen and heard of stories that the general public met with other sales representatives. Billy Feigen has earned the 5 stars you mentioned above. He has led me thru the most difficult situation which combines my feelings along with money I worked for all my life. This combination had me in fear of doing something wrong. Billy eased my mind as well as feelings that this is the right thing to do at my age and enjoy the rest of my life in a relaxed mode.
I also met Eric Bitanga who supported Billy in major ways to inform me of things that were coming up for me to be prepared without any shock. Again, the comfort zone became a reality before it was presented to me.
