Great customer service
I got an extra fish as the other one died on arrival. Excellent customer service. I didn't bother for a refund. I'll from them again.

Brilliant service and fish!
Brilliant service. Ordered fish on Tuesday and they were delivered to us in Scotland by a very careful van driver on Wednesday. Beautifully and safely packaged clown loaches who are now enjoying life on our tank. I hope they eat our snails!

Fish arrived safe and sound all in good condition, now swimming happily in aquarium, ordered seven fish in all and got six , which I may add they acknowledged the mistake and refund the difference and gave me a 10%discount on future purchase , all in all very pleased with my fish and I dare say I will be shopping again with them .

Online fish purchase
Well I never knew that you could buy live fish online; yes you can, delivery is a little expensive, but you are being sent live fish and expect them to be cared for.
My fish arrived, well packaged, with ample oxygen for their journey, packed in a safe polystyrene box and hand delivered by the courier.
All the fish were transferred to our aquarium and are happily swimming around, what a good service provided.

Best fish shop I’ve used.
Always buy my fish from here even though I stay in Glasgow, great service fish are always healthy and never had any problems, great communication, won’t buy from anywhere else else, plants are the best I’ve ever seen and so healthy.

Very happy with our four new goldfish
Very happy with our four new goldfish. We lost two recently so only had one large goldfish left in our tank who is now 5 years old. We decided to get some friends of mixed variety to give more life to our tank. Arrived on the day we expected and packaged well and pleased to say they have settled in well. A good price too. Thank you
