Online filing was very confusing and had to do it back & forth from company house to gov.uk one login & yet could not submit after trying 6 times.
Thanks to Hugo who called today with excellent customer service experience & he walked me through all the blocks ie I was again asked to pay before proceeding to next page even after paying 2 weeks ago! Tried even while on phone to Hugo & then helped me pass through that page & advised me not to put hashes in personal code! This was the hiccup.

Getting more complex, in fact the final verification using pre authenticated code was easiest. More daunting is Driving licence ID & especially Face ID.

As an Authorised Corporate Service Provider (ACSP) registered with Companies House and supervised by HMRC for anti-money laundering purposes, we are required to verify the identity of all directors and users before a filing can be submitted through our platform. Unfortunately, we are unable to bypass this verification process.
We appreciate that these steps can feel more involved, and your feedback on the ease of the facial recognition process is really helpful. We’re always looking for ways to make verification as simple and seamless as possible.
We can also confirm that your filing has since been submitted and successfully accepted by Companies House.
