This company and website is a SCAM
This company and website is a SCAM. Do not trust them or anyone who calls you. I am now £386 down and really unsure why and what they are supposed to ‘have’ provided. The person who rung me lied and said I needed to pay £386 to change my surname on land registry which is fact is a FREE service via gov.uk
I am fighting to get my refund and have raised a dispute with my bank. The local MP is also now involved and has advised they will take this to parliament to close this site DOWN.
Frauds, scammers, liars and somehow deceived into paying them £386 and I have nothing to prove for it. Do NOT TRUST

Rip Off company
Because this company pay to have their information at the top of the Google search and it takes up most of the screen, it appears that this is how to get land registry information. IT IS NOT. It is the Government website that you need for a mere fee of £7 rather than the £45 this company charged.

Complete rip off merchants took 600 quid off my 93 yr old mum didn’t send correct documents kept stalling then promised to send them again this time with names spelt wrong wouldn’t return my calls or emails then when I asked for a refund said the cooling off period had expired I didn’t even know there was one avoid these cowboys they are scammers and should be shut down

Thought I was dealing with H M land…
Thought I was dealing with H M land registry, when I discovered I wasn't and I had already paid for services that I then cancelled a refund was requested now they don’t answer emails within theirs or my time frames trying to talk to someone to sort this out is impossible. Fast and efficient ti take your money but customer service disappears when theres a problem.
Hopefully someone from the office will pick this up and actually contact me regardjng this matter

History Project Research
I chose online a register connected to an address. I paid. I then had a lovely email saying a contact number. I rang and was told there were 7 files connected to that address and they had sent me one already. The operative could not say whether 1938 onwards was covered in any of them even though that was in my original search, but they could send me the 7 for £200 odd. I asked what filing system they had if they could not tell which years were covered, she said there wasn't one and the contents could not be discovered. I refused the offer of the £200 for not even knowing whether the service I needed could be provided. A complete waste of time and money and I cannot believe there is no reference system.....

Very disappointed
Very disappointed. I accessed the Registry online but was unsure which product I needed. I used the help button to request a phone call. This was arranged and I explained that I was researching the history of my house and wished to ascertain the build date and occupants/owners through time. I was told this would be provided by 3 documents which I purchased. This is not the case. None of the information requested is on these documents.
