Purchase a copy of Visio Profession which installed was OK. Just a little delay/complexity in getting the activation code installed, but that wasn't a problem as the app works straight away

I purchased the package and used the key and the only part I can access is word when I try to access the rest of the package it states key already used and can only use on one basically operating system and I cannot use on another system.
