I purchased a product for my assignment and it was as described and worked perfectly. One good thing is that the customer service at opensmart are so good and responsive that, they make sure the product is working perfectly before they leave you. It can't be better than that, cheers keep it up

I've only just started using computers again after two decades so my knowledge is less than it was when I did but I was given step by step help which I couldn't have done without. Also a reasonable price for the product I purchased.

I was a bit cautious because there were some warnings on the internet about the site, not based on actual evidence more like dodgy warning signs. However I purchased Microsoft Project 2019 anyway. 1st down load did not work, after I reported that, I got second one, a full 4gig image disc. I had trouble with this one and decided because of the warnings I might just take the hit and leave it. However the support team contacted me and talked me through the process and explained why I had to install office 2019 first. So I followed all the instructions the guy gave me and now have a fully functioning Project 2109 licensed and recognised by my Windows Office 365, with everything else working and up to date as before. Probably the quickest and most effective, on the ball, on line....well they phoned me on whats app, service I ever had. Only reason not 5 stars was the original down loads not working which very nearly made me not go ahead.

Had issues with activation of product but following a few emails all was sorted.

Great price for the product and simple download. I had a little bit of trouble setting up the product, but the support staff were fantastic and within 10mins all was sorted and I was happily using my new product

I had to go out, next day there were instructions followed still did not work Phoned as spoke with a very calm helpful chap who listened and looked at screenshot told me he would send the necessary information, 5 minutes later job done. 5 stars

The amount of out of hours support was fantastic

I would have given 5 stars if the software product that I ordered was sent as advertised without a 19+ hrs delay. I was in a hurry to get the software but the advertised 24/7 customer care was non existent when I tried contacting on WhatsApp, email and telephone. At the time I thought I paid £96 to a rogue company. Advertised online software activation also didn’t work but the activation over the telephone has worked.
Eventually they have done everything to deliver the product and get it working, therefore I would be happy to use them again if I am not in a hurry to use the software.

We had issues but they were looked at and resolved quickly and professionally. Love the COMMS!!! Thanks again for your timely help.

Prompt, helpful, simple response to an issue with the activation. All resolved. Good product, great value for money and is working fine. Will use again.

Purchased Microsoft Office Professional 2021, price was cheaper than anywhere else, got prompt email with network key and a WhatsApp message with instructions! Easy to follow installation instructions and great customer service. Thank you

After experiencing nearly two days of difficulty in getting product to install and numerous resetting of laptop I was a bit dubious about the purchase and in all honesty the thought of scam had come to my mind which quickly disappeared when I contacted them as these guys did not give up on me, they persevered and even supplied me with a replacement product code. I was starting to despair that the problem would never be solved but they didn't give up and at last installation and activation was completed, up and running.
I can't fault the assistance that I got from them, they were friendly, professional and patient and responded to all my questions...I am now as happy as Larry and will defo recommend them.

Very satisfied with the purchase and customer service. Had an issue with the installation on a Sunday and contacted the provided number. Had a response within 5 minutes, quickly resolved.
