A fantastic bed with an excellent delivery service
After a couple of nights of the best sleep I've had in years I can confidently say that my Opera Super King Emerald Motion Adjustable Bed seems a very worthwhile investment. The Gel Pro 4000 Adjustable Mattress, whilst very expensive, is also supremely comfortable and works well with the adjustable bed.
Perhaps the best part of the experience so far has been the delivery. I paid for installation and old bed removal, and the delivery team of Lee and Harry set about the task with efficiency and competence. The new bed was set up, tested and demonstrated within a hour. Thank you Opera Beds and your excellent team.

Lee and Harry were very quick and efficient today. They were friendly, installed two beds and removed another. I would happily have these men again when I next change beds.

Just Beware of what u buy
I can not fault there customer service and after help, it’s one of the best I’ve encountered in recent times , the people and engineers they send are very nice and try there best to sort the problems that you may be dealing with BUT it’s not what you bought , you have bought a product or products and need the products to work.
I sorry to say I’ve lost my faith in there products . I’ve had problems with my bariatric signature profiling bed it took SEVERAL visits from engineers to fix it. yes it’s work now and dose what it’s suppose to do but it’s left me with a nasty niddle in my back of my head every time I use it is it going work, I just don’t have total faith in the bed anymore but I have no choice but to use it.
At the same time I bought a recliner chair from them which has broken down 4 times,the last time it broke it left me stuck in position it was neither up or down I had to clime off the chair I’m disabled with mobility problems so you can imagine it was not fun getting off it.
Give Opera there due they have tried to sort the problems with the chair out and decide to exchange the chair for a new one which finally
Arrived today. But dose it work , DOSE IT HELL I’m now left with chair in seating position so I can sit in it but not fit for purpose it not doing what it suppose todo and reason I bought it. I have left it again in Opera hands to sort out I have no option but to do this . I have lost faith in there products and can not hand on heart give them any stars for that , BUT I can give them 2 stars for there customer service and after care funny enough and the staff that I’ve dealt with they do deserve to be recognised BUT there product just be beware you may get problems

I would highly recommend Opera Beds
I would highly recommend Opera Beds , after purchasing a profile bed and mattress for my father and later a bed table , both were needed quickly and on both occasions the sales team got the items to us the next day . Unfortunately my Dad only slept in the bed for 7 nights as he was taken into hospital the day the bed arrived and put together. After being discharged from hospital my Dad was told he needed a hospital bed with an air flow mattress , Opera Beds honoured their 10 night sleep returns policy as Dad had been in hospital for two weeks since delivery , couldn’t be more impressed with the whole process , the bed was dismantled and removed . A great company to deal with from start to finish . Both the bed and the bed table were good quality .

Very accomodating .
Very accomodating when i wanted to change size & gave me advice. No pressure. Fitters were very pleasant & coped with dog and got on with fitting bed downstairs whilst i got up.

Absolutely first class service and a brilliant bed that has been one of our best ever purchases for my husband with MND. No issues whatsoever in 4 years. Then when the up/down function failed one day, we called the office (Jordan) and were given verbal instructions and sent a video on how to temporarily fix it-all very straightforward. We received a new cable the next day in the post for free and again a very comprehensive video on how to attach it. What could have been a very stressful experience was, in fact, quite the opposite and my husband and I are both extremely grateful.

More amazing service from Opera Beds
I ordered a mattress from Opera Bed a few months ago and was dellghted with their service and with the mattress when it arrived. I gave a 5* review
Unfortunately it turned out that the mattress was not going to be suitable for me due to unforseen circumstances. This was after the trial period had expired.
I rang Opera and spoke to Michelle and explained why the mattress wasn't suitable for me. She took the time to understand what the problem was and arranged for the mattress to be collected and returned to them,
It is unfortunate that the mattress was not suitable but it would not have been possible for Opera to know that in advance of me trying it.
The way this situation has been handled is testament to the amazing customer service provided by Opera

From the first phone call to the bed being delivered was a 5 Star experience
Chelsea showed us around all the different beds in the relaxed showroom
Ordering was simple with the help of Chelsea on a couple of phonecalls
Delivery was.prompt and installation went well with one of the men explaining how to use the bed
The bed is very comfortable and was overall an excellent experience
