When I contacted Opera beds to gain information and purchase a profiling bed for my elderly mum Harry A was extremely helpful.

Excellent product and impressive service…
Excellent product and impressive service! The sales manager went out of his way to secure a fast delivery and Dwaine and Owen of the installation team were very efficient not only in installing the new bed but also in dismantling the old bed which was quite bulky and heavy to move out and they kept a smile on their face during the whole process.

I checked through a lot of companies…
I checked through a lot of companies websites before I went with Opera beds. The website was clear and easy to navigate. I spoke to a sales advisor called Harry who helped me through the process of ordering a bed and mattress. He was helpful and understanding.
Unfortunately I had to cancel the order due to unforeseen circumstances and opera beds were really helpful and put the money straight back into my bank.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use them in the future.

Thanks to Billy Bruce and Nick at Opera Beds for a 5* service
I needed a bed for my mum which had the full functionality of a hospital bed and time was of the essence as she'd been declared fit to return home after many months in hospital. Opera Beds were better value than all the competitors and promised to be quicker too. It sounded too good to be true but they delivered everything on time. Mum's delighted - especially as no one else knows she has a hospital-style bed because it simply doesn't look like one!

Fantastic service from Opera beds
From the first contact with Michelle at the Kingswood Hull showroom buying 2 beds for my parents was made really easy. They both had different needs so we were able to mix and match beds provide them both with what they needed.
All the equipment was in stock and very promptly delivered. Rich and Jason installed the beds exactly as needed. The whole service provided by Opera beds was extremely professional and very polite and caring.

Won’t organise to return bed and won’t return money till returned. BEWARE!!
Ordered bed and mattress. Told Lisa about my conditions and assumed she wd choose mattress to suit me. On arrival tried bed though struggled to sleep in it more than a few hours and not every night. Looked online and was shocked that the mattress I was given was the only one at that price. All others were £500+ more. I was thinking of keeping the bed as I liked it and returning the mattress however on going to a bed company they advised that the Opera diouble bed is a double width but a king size in length and therefore if I ordered a mattress it would have to be made to measure. So I decided to ask them to collect the bed and mattress and have a refund. I was told their policy is 10 working days. I asked them to return the bed last Wednesday. It now Tuesday and still no one has been in touch to arrange a collection date. It really is getting ridiculous now. It shouldn’t take this length of time to tell a customer when they will collect and return the goods. They have £3000 of my money which they won’t return until they have the bed and mattress back but they won’t arrange a date to collect it. My advice if anyone is thinking of buying a bed from Opera is think again.

We’re very sorry to read about your experience and can fully understand how frustrating this situation must feel, particularly when a refund is involved and you are waiting for a collection date.
When your return request was raised last Wednesday, this was logged in line with our returns policy, which allows up to 10 working days to arrange collection. At the time of your review, we are currently 4 working days into that process, and we appreciate that this may feel longer than expected when you are understandably keen for this to be resolved.
That said, I do believe our planning team has reached out today 03/02/2026 with proposed dates and times to get the product collected. Once the bed and mattress have been returned, your refund will be processed promptly in line with our policy.
We’re genuinely sorry for the inconvenience and stress this has caused and appreciate you raising this with us so we can put it right.

Emerald Motion Adjustable Bed
Opera Beds have been superb from the moment I was in contact with them. Michelle the sales lady who responded to my initial email queries, replied back to me quickly and so very friendly and polite, not pushy like other sales people. I ordered over the phone through her and she was very helpful and knowledgeable and made the process so easy. Thank you Michelle. The bed itself is a dream. It is by far the most comfortable bed I have had. Being able to adjust it is so lovely. It looks and feels real quality and I love it. The delivery and fitting was also done with the same professional, friendly, polite and helpful process. The 2 guys treated my home and my new bed with great care and done with great efficiency. Excellent service from beginning to end. The Cirencester chap was very good & informative & very patient. Delivery was really quick & the Dwain & Lukasz the delivery men were fantastic & tidied up beautifully. All in all a very good experience, highly recommended.

Comfortable and flexible
Really good comfortable beds that offer great flexibility. The delivery service was excellent as the two chaps had it put together in no time. These are fabulous beds for people who might struggle to sit up unaided, giving all the benefits of a hospital bed but more comfort and a better aesthetic. Dad bedroom still looks like a bedroom.

Highly recommend this company. The whole experience of buying the bed, from our appointment with Billy in the showroom to the very professional installation service with Dwaine and Lukasz , could not have gone better. Everyone we dealt with was very knowledgeable and friendly.
