Bed was delivered as per schedule. Gentlemen were really polite and professional. They removed the old bed and installed the new bed very swiftly. They explained how to use the bed clearly and patiently (with my 93 year old mother). Quality of bed is excellent. Really pleased. The salesman, Billy, was also very patient and helpful. Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for an adjustable bed.

Everything from ordering and receiving help over the ‘phone was great. Impressed with timely delivery. No waiting for weeks. Assembly, old bed removal and cardboard clearance so gratefully appreciated.
The reason I gave 4 stars was because the storage drawers on my bed do not close flush to the base without really strong effort and I don’t have the strength in my wrists. However, I do need storage, so am prepared to accept that issue. Thank you.

Great product but disappointing delivery.
the bed is perfect and easy to use. It definitely requires two people to set it up as the frame is heavy, but it only took an hour to put it together.
My only criticism was the delivery; I’d booked and paid for a specific date so we could make the 2 hr journey to assemble the bed. It was only after I rang in the afternoon, I was told it wasn’t going to be delivered until the following day.

From the visit at the High Wycombe show room to getting the bed was a wonderful experience. Though there was an issue with the headboard size and frame, this was sorted very professionally. The delivery team of Toby & Lucas were great. Professional, polite and efficient. The bed itself is very comfortable. Though a little pricier then others on the market, it is value for money.

Can't fault this company from the store manager who rang me after my initial enquiry no pressure to buy just good honest information, I decided to buy online on 11/05/26 and on 18/05/26 the profiling bed was installed by 2 brilliant fitters who explained everything about how to use the remote control. Everyone I spoke to was very helpful. Ricardo Singh was excellent, he was very patient and listened to what we needed for my elderly mother. He explained all the features etc to us and helped us through the process. Also very happy with the delivery/installation staff.

With the delivery coming via a third party courier we have no control over times they set on the day of delivery. I can see the mattress got delivered at 13:58 on the day the delivery was meant to be made so this was an hour later than the courier originally said.
What we advise all customers is next day delivery can be up to 5pm on the day.
