I have been dealing with Opera beds for many years. The bed is used for my husband who uses it around 17 hours a day. The bed looks good, the functions are ideal, What I wish to make people aware is that the after care is exceptional. I have had telephone advice when needed and had engineers come and sort any problems. I would certainly not hesitate in recommending Opera Beds to family and friends.

So happy with Opera Beds
So happy with Opera Beds. From the get go they have been so helpful. They answer questions promptly on chat, then called to clarify when I made a mistake ordering. Delivery is so quick. They came and built when they said they would so didn’t need to wait in all day. Quick and efficient and friendly when delivering and building and even taking the old bed away. The bed and mattress are ridiculously comfy. Only been a few days but been sleeping so well.

The staff were very helpful and flexible with our delivery.
They delivered in the middle of their 2 hour time slot and the driver kept us informed of his whereabouts.

Excellent service from Michelle who gave us so much help and advice before we purchased. She was patient and took her time to answer our many queries fully!! Even tho we live in the Scottish Highlands delivery did not take too long and Rich and Darren were friendly but professional and did an excellent job assembling the bed and answering our questions.

Excellent assistance to demonstrate the options at the Show Room , first class advice in forecasting delivery time .Had continued advice on progress for delivery and when delivered and assembled both men were polite and friendly . Needed some adjustment to rails 2 other men came both were both friendly and polite and made sure everything functioned well.

Amazing service from start to finish by Nick and Greg today. They delivered and installed a bed and riser recliner chair for us.
We were phoned with an estimated arrival time. Which was very helpful. Both were extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly and polite.
Installation was so efficient and they took the packaging away. No mess. They demonstrated the functionality of each item with depth of knowledge and clarity.

Signature Low Footboard Profiling Bed: Excellent Guidance And Support From Opera Throughout
I am writing this long review to perhaps help others who may be as daunted as I was faced with the task of sourcing a hospital bed for my husband.
I knew I needed the solid adaptability of a hospital bed for his personal and lower body care but after 50 years of marriage didn't want a bedroom looking like Emergency Ward 9 ¾. The hospital staff and our lovely home carers recommended Opera Beds – and I'm relieved to say they were not wrong.
From the outset, I had full confidence in Michelle not only because of her knowledge but also her unmistakable caring manner. She listened with total patience perceiving my upset when describing my husband's increasing needs and how difficult I found the entire task. Several times she took me through all the bed and mattress options and at no time did I feel under any pressure to make a final decision. Gradually this Signature bed with a memory mattress became the outstanding choice. The oyster premium finish was my husband's quality decision.
Delivery was quick even not using Opera's express service. Bright and early I was given a delivery time. I observed Dwaine and Lukasz taking great care parking their Opera van in our drive and checking everything before ringing the bell. They introduced themselves cheerfully and unprompted donned foot coverings before being showed to our bedroom. They worked quickly and quietly whilst answering all my queries. I was delighted when Lukasz explained he didn't need to attach the headboard thereby making the bed look almost a twin to mine. They offered to take the headboard away but I decided to keep it. Dwaine wrapped it securely and volunteered to lift it to our garage. Additionally Lukasz pointed out that the grab rail I had ordered could not be removed as easily as I thought. However I was reassured not to worry and was given the office contact name of Jordan with whom I could discuss the matter further. Whilst Dwaine packed up and tidied everywhere, Lukasz demonstrated how the bed functioned. This Opera team were comfortable to have in our home and made the whole experience as easy as breathing. Later when I contacted Jordan about the grab rail, he could not have been more polite or understanding of my quandary. After exploring all the options, he was happy to offer a full refund for the rail. It was refreshing to have the issue handled so quickly and agreeably. The refund for the rail arrived within days.
I am really pleased with the entire outcome. A genuine relief to me. My husband is sleeping better on the memory mattress. The bed is hassle free to clean and vacuum underneath and generally is making life so much easier for myself and our carers. It fits into our bedroom beautifully and yet is virtually future proof against my husband's likely additional care and equipment needs at home. What not to like?
