Very good price for frames and lenses, at least half the price of other opticians/Dpt stores I was looking at. Very happy with my sunglasses, good comms too.

I came across optical king from google and I’m glad I did. Really easy to order, fast delivery glasses were perfect, just what I was looking for.

I've seen a number of 1* reviews on here regarding the quality of the products that Optical King retail.

I bought a pair of Carrera sunglasses which lasted a month before the frame screw came loose and the arm detached.

Appalling customer service didn't even respond to my request for a replacement - let alone a refund.

I've picked this up direct with Carrera now - hopefully their brand reputation will ensure a satisfactory outcome.

Avoid at all costs as that'll be an expensive pair of shades for a one day out.

Great selection of sun glasses, fair prices and fast delivery. I have used this company a number of times and always had great service - highly recommend.

Great customer service, I ordered grey tint sunglasses but was able to change my order for brown tint before dispatch through emailing customer service. The sunglasses arrived as expected in excellent order and well packaged. It turned out I didn’t need them and have so far found customer service very helpful in helping me to return the sunglasses. When I phoned customer service no one answered. But then someone actually phoned me back which I haven’t experienced in many places.

You'll be drawn in but the attractive prices but sadly you'll be getting Temu quality. I've learnt my lesson. I bought a pair that broke while sitting on my face on the second wear! The glass was too big for the frame and the extremely cheap and poor quality plastic just broke.

Apparently not covered under warranty due to excessive force despite this not being true. Literally just made it up.

Had to go through my credit card company. Avoid if you don't want a headache and hate cheap nasty things.

Ordered the exact sunglasses I already have with my new prescription. Contacted within 30 days to say that I am not happy with the frame, unfortunately as the response time lapsed over the 30 days they refused refund.
Then after I threw away the spare lenses and the “leaflets” and packaging as they would not accept return said they would. However I had to reorder my return to speed up the exchange process.
There is clearly an issue with the new frames with the arms bent out. I therefore took them to a local opticians whom attempted at my own risk to adjust them which they managed to do, however the frame has sprung back to its original state. Now they are considered used as I have had them adjusted.
Waste of £99 and wouldn’t be buying online again, certainly not from optical king.

Fast delivery, ahead of schedule, very good quality sunglasses for the price.

Ordered some sunglasses which were in stock. Received an email after a few days to say there had been a mistake but not to worry as new stock would be arriving within a week. They never turned up and after asking to cancel the order and get a refund after almost 4 weeks, I am still waiting for my money back. Would I recommend, definitely not.

Glasses I ordered were delivered with lenses that were nothing like my prescription. (I had used the prescription previously with other suppliers so I know it was correct). The frames were much heavier than I expected. I threw the two pairs away as they were of no use to me an put the cost down to experience. I will not use Optical King again.
