Very good upgrade from my last Oral B brush.
Arrived promptly
I had an Oral-B brush before but upgraded to the io 6.
I'm very pleased with it and like the display screen. I haven't downloaded the App yet but plan to do this.

Chargers shipped to Ireland with European plug

The teeth brush are OK, too expensive in my opinion. But they sent them to me with the European plug instead of the Irish one. I sent a message to customer service, but they haven't replied yet. I've had to buy adapters to be able to charge the brushes.

Old toothbrush doesn’t fit IO
I bought an Oral-B IO2 on line and it was delivered the next day. However when I opened it, I saw that the brush was different from my old Oral B. And I had 7 of these brushes. I was not going to waste these, so phoned Oral customer service. After some discussion, they said I should return for a full refund by a cheque which I have done. No refund yet. I have since ordered an Oral B 3 Pro which has now arrived and works well. However on checking the IO website, I couldn’t find any reference to the fact that the old style toothbrush would not fit. I think that should be part of the website.
I now have had a call from Oral B and after explaining what had happened, William said he would refund the purchase price of the IO2. So not only do they read the Trustpilot reviews, they actually reach out to customers. I would give them 5 stars for that.

The ordering process and delivery was straight forward, my dentist recommended that i switch to an electric toothbrush, however it is too early to comment on the brush itself as I am still getting used to brushing my teeth this way, hence the 3 stars

excellent product
excellent product, such a difference in less than a week. My dentist was really impressed and pleased within a fortnight how much cleaner my teeth were and that the gums were in better health. delivery was good.
