Very disappointed with the Oral-B iO2.
I purchased the toothbrush around 7 months ago and attached a new genuine Oral-B iO Ultimate Clean brush head roughly 2.5 months ago. I was absolutely horrified by what I found when I removed it.
Huge black chunks just kept falling out—again and again and again. It was genuinely revolting. When I looked inside the brush head, there was extensive black and green buildup extending right up towards where the bristles are attached. It’s a horrible feeling knowing I had been brushing my teeth twice a day with a brush head in that condition.
I contacted Oral-B expecting them to investigate, but all I was told was to “clean it after every use.” Apparently, this means removing the brush head, cleaning the inside of the brush head, cleaning where it attaches to the handle, and allowing everything to dry twice a day. I don’t think that’s a reasonable expectation for the average consumer, especially when this isn’t clearly highlighted as routine maintenance.
Of course I rinse and clean the bristles after every use, as most people do. Yet this still happened after only around 2.5 months with a genuine Oral-B replacement head.
For such an expensive electric toothbrush and genuine replacement heads, I expected far better hygiene, durability and customer support. Instead, I was left feeling disgusted and disappointed. This experience has completely destroyed my confidence in the Oral-B, and I certainly won’t be purchasing another one.

IO4 toothbrush not fit for purpose
My wife and I purchased new IO4 toothbrushes to replace our previous Oral B toothbrushes. We also purchased an Oral B IO2 for our son
Just been to mexico for holiday and the IO4's would not charge at all, did absolutely nothing, where as the IO2 worked fine, albeit slower to charge
We have never had a problem with any Oral B toothbrush before now and had them over 10 years. Clearly the IO4 is not fit for purpose if you cannot travel to other countries and not be able to charge them!

Good price and quick delivery for a great electric toothbrush. I wish I'd bought one years ago. My teeth have never felt so clean. The i05 is definitely the best priced offering clear indication of which setting you are using as opposed to i03 which does not. Well worth paying the extra for this. Thank you.

Oral b io3 gives a great clean but the different levels of cleaning are tricky to differentiate. There is no symbol for this only slightly different volume. Tricky unless you've got perfect hearing.
