While I originally loved the tooth brush head to last up to 3 months more than a little disappointed as my head lasted no more than a month before it turned white paid £25 for 4 heads now looking at getting heads that will fit obviously not originally oral B

I contacted Oral-B with an issue with my order.
The black toothbrushes were wrongly ordered. I spoke to a lady in Greece and did exactly what she told me to do: take photos, etc.
Since then, I have heard absolutely nothing.
Bad communication from a large conglomerate.
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The speed i received my order was great…
The speed i received my order was fantastic, had my order within 3 days. Will not be using one of the tooth brush heads till the end of September, but since there exactly like the one i am using, i am sure they will be 100%fine

Delayed refunds
As a return procedure, you are sending them proof of delivery to their address ! Which you don't need to do in other companies. And they need 14 days !!! To verify this proof to proceed with your refund. Unbelievable 14 days required just to confirm an item is received after getting proof of delivery.

I found the website to be almost easy
I found the website to be easy to use except that when I tried to go back to a previous page to order some spare toothbrush heads I had to start over and never did figure out how to select the heads.
That said, the product came quickly and I am delighted with the new toothbrush!
