I found the website to be almost easy
I found the website to be easy to use except that when I tried to go back to a previous page to order some spare toothbrush heads I had to start over and never did figure out how to select the heads.
That said, the product came quickly and I am delighted with the new toothbrush!

Always used Oral B Electic…
Always used Oral B Electic toothbrushes. Since they were suggested to us many years ago by our Dentist. Just thought we would do an upgrade. Leave new one at home and take old one on holidays

Got sent the wrong item
Got sent the wrong item. Customer service was excellent. However, it took a long time for the refund as my item was then out of stock, si could not be replaced. They would not send an alternative. Even though they had the same product but in a different colour!?

Customer service is non existant & website shocking
Customer service is non existant. Every time they would send me a link to sort my issue, the link never ever worked. The website kept having the same problem.
Every time I contact them, I just go round in circles. Really frustrating!
