Delivery time could be improved. As I have placed my order on 29th April, I have only received updates on my orders being delivered(Considering there was the May bank holiday). It is still relatively long for a shipment from Dublin to Dublin.

Fantastic experience in store with very friendly and helpful service. I ordered a beautiful own brand ottoman/ footstool that was white glove delivered the next day! I'm delighted this piece has now completed my living room. Highly recommend Oriana B.

I ordered a piece of furniture on line. I was then told there was a glitch on the system and the item had already been sold. As my order was accepted and my money paid out I was entitled to receive the item or offered another item of similar standard in its place - I was rather not given any options but advised that a refund would be issued. I have other pieces from OrianaB but to be honest this experience has left me thinking I will go elsewhere going forward.

Quick delivery and the product met my expectations.
