I had some initial issues with the shipping but Cris was very helpful in getting a replacement sent and the shorts themselves are very comfy and look great.

I bought a pair of shorts and two training shirts in April ‘26. I was advertised to on instagram, website appeared UK, all prices in £s, and 100-day return policy. Order arrived to London in 1 week. All too small unfortunately and tried to return. Website said to email ‘info’ to initiate returns process. A day later got an email reply telling me the only way to return was to send the package to NSW Australia. No declared anywhere at point of sale or on their returns page. I’m now having to go via my credit card company to get a refund. They seem to be knowingly doing this, so beware.

I am a newer customer to Original Fit Wear; so far ordered 4 pair because I like the fit. On a recent order I mistakenly ordered the wrong size of one color of the 5" Base shorts. I contacted their customer service and was advised the order was already shipped. I was provided with 2 options; to return the shorts for an exchange. However sending the shorts back to Australia was cost-prohibitive; so option 2 was to receive a one-time credit to purchase a new pair, donate the XS pair to someone and tell about it; so here it is! I did in fact donate the XS pair to a friends teen who just started at the gym; he loved them! This made Original Fit Wear a true winner!

I have bought quite a few times from Original Fitwear now. I started with their shorts, which I love and then tried some of their original fit t-shirts. They suit my body perfectly, being nice an fitted around my chest and back and arms. They just have a way of cutting garments and the fabrics they choose are quality.

I had cause to encouter Original Fitwear's customer service as well after a small hiccup with one of my orders (these things happen). Cris would not rest until the matter was satisfactorily resolved. I've had bad experiences with overseas online merchant before where they disappear when an issue arises or become obstructive. Having the opposite and such a positive experience with Original Fitwear has cemented my confidence in the brand

I absolutely loved the fabric of these shorts. They are very soft and comfortable. But what I liked most was the slim-fit cut—not too loose, not too tight; they really are excellent. Moreover, I had to make an exchange to adjust the sizing, and they were very responsive and helpful; they managed to resolve the issue without any problems. Cris is a really great guy great customer service. Thanks! I’m 6 ft tall and 220 lbs weight, and the 2XL was the perfect fit for me.

I really like the forest green shorts in small they fit great and look great . The customer service( Cris ) is responsive and I appreciate them addressing my size exchange concern . I also purchased the white shorts in medium . I’m 5 11 170 pounds and the small is my preferred fit . Overall these are really great looking shorts that make my legs look even better.

I purchased a pair of gym shorts from original fit wear.
They were without a doubt the best fitting and most comfortable shorts I have worn over many years of training. Their service and communication were first class. I was so impressed I ordered a second pair of shorts. Due to an ordering error on my part, I contacted customer support explained my mistake. I live in France however Original fit wear have been exceptional in helping me out and without doubt have gone the extra mile. I have no doubt that customers using Original fit wear will be pleased both with the product and their customer first attitude.

I have ordered from Original Fit Wear three times and about to do my fourth. Their products are amazing, the fit is absolutely perfect, and the shipping is quick. Customer service is top notch. I literally cannot say enough good about this brand - it's my absolute go-to for every gym day!

The quality of the clothing is very good, no doubt, and friends have complimented me on my workout wear.

I did have to return two out of three items and re-order different sizes as the sizing on their shirts runs large despite the size chart. This is fine, it is a risk with online shopping.

The customer service team were initially super responsive, answering a couple of different emails in a matter of hours even on the weekend. The return was also straightforward (I am in Australia, so I acknowledge it is cheaper for me than those overseas).

I did have issues with the correct crediting of my returns, but this appears to have been an oversight. Once aware of the problem the team more than rectified the mistake. Thank you for your support!

After receiving my shorts I can honestly say they are the best fitting shorts I’ve ever worn the fit are extremely comfortable and the material used are nice and soft

Customer care has also been fantastic there was a small error iin me putting my address details in, so after speaking with (cris) to sort this out they arrived in great time

Be careful when ordering – returns can be quite complicated.
I ordered shorts from “Original Fit Wear”. The fabric is relatively heavy and seems decent at first glance, but the sizing runs large.
The main issue, however, is the return process: returns are only possible to Australia. In my case, the shipping cost would have been almost 50% of the item’s value, which makes returning the product hardly worthwhile.
What stands out negatively is the lack of transparency. The German version of the website does not clearly state that returns must be sent overseas. Even the actual return address is not provided upfront – you only receive it after contacting customer support.
In addition, it is not clear during the ordering process where the product is shipped from. Only after delivery did I see on the shipping label that it was sent from Germany (in my case, from Bonn), which naturally suggests that returns within Germany might be possible. However, the package explicitly states that this is not a return address.
Overall, this creates a process that lacks transparency, with important information only becoming clear after the purchase.
Conclusion: The product itself is okay, but the return process is not customer-friendly and should be communicated much more clearly.

Update: After my initial review, I was offered store credit by customer support in exchange for changing my rating to 5 stars. In my opinion, this kind of practice is not appropriate, as reviews should be honest and unbiased. I believe it’s important for other customers to see genuine feedback.

I really wanted to like this brand because the products themselves are genuinely good, but the overall experience has been consistently frustrating.

On my first order, I purchased 4 items intending to keep most, but ended up returning 3. Before ordering, I noted their website states:
“If your order is placed after 1:30pm or over a weekend or Public Holiday, it will be shipped the following business day for a fast turnaround.”
That clearly implies orders placed before 1:30pm are shipped the same day.

I placed my order around 11:30am and it was not shipped for 3 days, and only after I followed up. The courier then marked it “out for delivery,” but it still did not arrive until the following day.

Returns were at my own cost, which is fine, but the refund process was also incorrect. I was only refunded for 2 of the 3 returned items and had to chase that up as well.

I provided all of this feedback and decided to give them another chance because I did like the one item I kept.

Unfortunately, the second experience has not been any better. While placing my order, there were conflicting promotions on the website, resulting in an incorrect cart total. Support acknowledged it as an issue but said it would take a few days to fix. I adjusted my order and placed it at 8:15am expecting same day dispatch, and once again, that has not happened.

It is disappointing because the products are strong, but the operations and customer experience do not match the promises being made. Consistently missing your own stated shipping expectations and requiring customers to chase basic things like refunds really undermines trust.

I ordered 4 items in two different sizes, to see which one fitted best. Once this was confirmed, I contacted them to return the wrong size items, the correspondence and help they provided has been fantastic. tee shirts and shorts are such a good fit and the material is way above expectations. I will definitely be ordering quite a few more items going forward and can't recommend the company enough.
