Orion Metal Exchange Bewertungen

Michelle Johnson, my “go to” person reviewed my metal purchases that I have had for a while and was sooo thorough in going over my account. I feel very comfortable with discussing the value of investments.

I am very happy to be a client of Orion Metals exchange

I have worked with Orion and Jacob for over five years and their service has always been outstanding! Always ready to answer any questions that I have had.

Michelle at Orion Metals was so helpful and guided us through the process of selling some metals to upgrade to other metals. She helped make the process easy for us to navigate and complete the purchase. We appreciate her help and knowledge.

Michel was very helpful and knowledgeable and helped me sell my precious metals without hassle or delay

I decided to diversify my retirement portfolio by opening a precious metals IRA. Jacob and the team at Orion Metal Exchange made the process easy over the phone and online. Their premiums are reasonable and they hooked me up with an IRS-approved depository that has very low storage fees. If or when in the future I decide to add metals to my portfolio or to liquidate those assets, I most certainly will contact Orion Metal Exchange.

Orion made it easy and quick to sell my assets. I highly recommend them.

The service Orion provides with their IRA Department is invaluable. I had no idea what I needed to do to open a Metals IRA. They took the time to explain everything and maintained consistent contact throughout the process. I really appreciated all the assistance I received through two separate purchases.

After about 25 to 30 years dealing with Orion Metals, they’ve been very honest, very trustworthy and helped, and every which way very loyal company

From the first minute I invested in silver then silver and gold I had a tremendous return.
Michelle has been very knowledgeable and friendly to me and helped me along in the process.
I'm new to precious metals investing and I just transfered more money into a gold IRA account.

A happy customer!

I wanted to write this review for Orion Metal Exchange. I transferred an IRA from another company with the help of Michelle and William. Each one of them worked diligently and professionally with me. They made my experience flawlessly and within a timely manner. Thank you for your expertise and knowledge both Michelle and William.

Orion Metal Exchange came the rescue when another month named company basically stole over half the value of my IRA. Michelle advised me on what to do to get all my money back. I then received fair prices on my Silver purchase

I'm giving a FIVE STAR rating to Orion Metal Exchange for helping me rollover my TRADITIONAL IRA into a GOLD & SILVER IRA. Doing business with them has been a refreshing learning experience. I attribute my selecting Orion as my #1 choice to Michelle Johnson who offered me simple guideposts to remember in helping me narrow down my list of competing companies-- and also pointed out some red flags to watch out for. Her honest, transparent and no-pressure approach gave me comfort in making Orion my ultimate first choice. Furthermore, I commend Aubry Ochoa for her excellence in facilitating my somewhat complex rollover and making it appear easy.
I would gladly recommend Orion to anyone who has any interest or apprehension about investing in gold or silver. Let them walk you through all the steps you want or need to know. You'll feel well protected and card for.

The salespeople at Orion are very knowledgeable regarding the direction of the market as well as the coins and other precious metals they offer. The servicing of the account in all instances has been very professional and prompt. I have not had any regrets for choosing Orion to guide my purchases and sales in my IRA account.

I made a first time purchase of metals 4 years ago and deposited it to a Gold IRA. Since then I've made several transactions where Orion bought back some of the coins with no hassles at a fair price. They have also been proactive with me in recent transactions recommending some moves which have worked out. They are quick and efficient. I'm very happy with them.

Great Communication and Customer Service. Always on the top of their game. They make everthing easy and simple to deal with.

After doing extensive research and switching twice from companies I had later reservations or did not like their service approach, I was pleasantly surprised surprised with Orion Metal Exchange. John was very patient and informative without having that overly pushy sales attitude. I found out that basically do what they say and have reasonable markups on their products. I am detailed oriented and they satisfactorily answered all my questions and concerns.
I highly recommend Irion Metals Exchange if your interested in purchasing gold, silver and other precious metals for investment purposes!

We have had a good relationship with Orion Metal Exchange from the very beginning several years ago. They have always been there to answer questions or to help with any metal shipments as to exactly what to do and what to expect. Very honest and true to their word.

I opened an account last July 2025. The company has been a pleasure to work with. Michelle Johnson is absolutely amazing. She answers all my concerns and questions. Orion Metals is great company to work with.

Service from Orion is fast and efficient. Customer service personnel are knowledgeable and helpful, and everyone on staff is professional, courteous, and friendly. I've completed several transactions with Orion and each one has been pleasant.

Jacob over at Orion Metals has always give me the best price for my Metal Purchases and Sells.
