Orion Metal Exchange Bewertungen

Orion Metal Exchange is professional, responsive and customer focused, and I appreciate the transparency since they post their gold and silver prices on their website.

Highly recommend if you are looking to place some of your portfolio into precious metals.

After reading various reviews of gold and silver investment groups, we decided to go with Orion. Our agent, Michael Charles, has been very good at explaining what the investment vehicle is and how it should be beneficial to our portfolio. Now we simply need to find out if in 3 to 5 years we made the right decision to invest in gold and silver.

Jacob is knowledgeable, open and I was able to confirm his communications.
I plan to do more business in the future with him.

The sales representative and IRA-rollover administrative staff were extremely courteous and helpful. I gave them a 5-star rating, because they made it clear that the customer's satisfaction is their priority.

Orion Metal Exchange is a excellent place to open a Gold Ira . Being a first time buyer of precious metals, made me a bit nervous . Jacob was the first person I talked to . Jacob has at least 20 years of experience. He explained to me in great detail of the process, what to buy, and what to expect . All my questions were answered and there were many , Orion metal does a great job and always follows up after you Gold Ira is started . The whole team their does a great job. Griselda does the Ira start up and guides you thru it . Emily does a follow up to make sure all things were done to your satisfaction. She also advises all new customers to call for anything that they still may have questions about.

This company is so great. I totally recommend Orion metal exchange. They’re so helpful and so amazing on what they do!

I had a miscommunication with my self-directed IRA where I received 595 silver coins instead of the value of the coins in cash. I did not know what to do with the coins. I did a google search and found Orion Metal Exchange. I contacted them via an online request and the very next day I received a phone call and had resolved my dilemma with the sale of my coins to Orion. It was the easiest and most pleasant experience. I would definitely do business with them again.

Erick Piñate was a great help. He was/ is very professional in his dealing with me a customer. He was very knowledgeable on the subject matter, in this gold, and gave me some great insight on gold. I will go back to Orion when l purchase more gold. Thank you!

Great service, I just recently started doing my research on the coin market and decided to work with Orion. After going through the process with my rep I can trust on them. It’s the communication that I appreciate the most and stood out to me. Thank you Orion.

So, I am conservative, cautious but do enjoy life in retirement! I'm in late 70's. I did a great deal of research on current companies dealing with IRA metal investments. I have bought metals since the 80's.
My relationship with Michael Charles became close and trusting from the beginning. We talked several times - about life, family, raising kids, travel and investing. As we conversed over time I beg  I come from a military and law enforcement background. an to trust him more and more - not just on investing but on life.He explained every detail about this investment more than once! It was/is a big deal to me and he assured me with his answers to my many questions.
I have never written a review but I can assure anyone I have full confidence in Michael Charles as well as Orion. I sleep well and better at night with my investment!

From the minute I called Beau was amazing. He was extremely helpful and understood what I needed to do. The whole process was smooth and he kept me updated every step of the way. I would highly recommend Beau to anyone looking at selling their coins!

Great customer service, very responsive team.

Very pleased on the recent deal I got with Orion. Always in touch with me they call me whenever they have any updates so I appreciate the communication.

This was my first experience in purchasing precious metals and I am impressed with the professionalism and support I received from Geovanni and Monet both in setting up and funding my account, as well as educating me on their product selections. I received a receipt immediately following the transaction and Geovanni kept in touch with me throughout the process, even arranging to delay the shipment of my metals to meet my schedule and following up to be sure I received them. I highly recommend them and look forward to making future purchases.

Griselda was great! She explains everything so clearly and was always available when I had questions. She treated me like I was an important client. She made the process very easy.

It was a pleasure working with Chase, Griselda, and Jacob to get our accounts set-up and funded. Chase and Jacob helped to educate us better during the process which took longer than we had expected but went pretty smoothly.

I was contacted by a representative by the name of Emely. I was pleased with the fact that there was follow up as promised, and she reassured me that the priority was to provide me excellent service. Nothing short of amazing.

Very professional and amazing customer service,The process was easy and all of my questions were answered! Thank you for your amazing service!
