Very knowledgeable and excellent customer service!

It was very easy and quick working with Orion Metal Exchange. They will work with you to optimize your investment.

My experience in dealing with everyone at Orion Metal Exchange, has been noting but wonderful. I'm very impressed with their attention to excellence and their superior customer service. Everyone I've talked to with the company has been very helpful and personable. I've felt like they truly care for all of my needs and concerns. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Jacob and Benjamin are very professional and knowledgeable. Very easy to get in touch with and always return messages promptly

I feel like I was treated so well that you would not want me to tell others; so they would not want the same “extra mile” treatment.

The gentlemen we worked with was very knowledgeable and nice we were pleased with our experience. Due to the pandemic shipping took a little longer than expected. It would be nice if there was a way to see on the website the value of your purchase.

I am a first time buyer in metals and they made it very easy to do.

Ū working with Jacob was a pleasure he gave me exactly what I needed and wanted and more. I will definitely be doing business with the Orion in the future

I just transferred my Blackrock IRA to Orion Metals. I had a difficult time trying to get my funds from State Farm who was the custodian of the account. Your staff did a great job dealing with State Farm as I had tried in vein. Everyone was patient, professional and pleasant. I also appreciate their solid advice. Thanks Orion I really feel I made the best choice for my IRA.

Orion is always top notch, 5 star with communication and help finding the metal choices that suit you best. Can not recommend enough.

I promised that I shall buy again from Orion via Highly Respectful Mr. Benjamin Novak...
I contacted him and the second purchase was as easy and smooth as the first one or even better...
Thanks to your help Mr.Novak...

I traded gold on the markets but had never owned physical precious metals. I did my research and decided to go with Orion. My agent was Jacob, he talked with me several times as I worked through my inhibitions. After several phone conversations I started the process. Getting things set up was a snap. Orion did the work I just had to watch. Once I decided what metals were right for me Jacob put the order in and a week later, I was notified that the order had been filled.
When I turned 59 ½ I called Jacob and told him I wanted to take possession of my metals, he helped navigate that process. I received the order and got it in the bank with no issues.
I think Orion Metals is a stand up company who I will trust in the future for any needs I may have.

They went the extra mile to insure my transfer from another IRA was smooth and no tax mistakes were made. It was important to have my funds transferred correctly and expediently. Tax time, corona virus and the stock market crash were all happening at the same time. Orion took the time to take care of little ol' me.

First time buying bullion. I was nervous. They were very patient, understanding, transparent and polite. I am happy I purchased through Orion Metal Exchange.

I am very satisfied with my experience with Orion. Everyone was knowledgeable and helpful.

It was such a quick and easy process to roll over my IRA. All my questions were answered and I am so relieved to be out of the stock market!

I have nothing but great service from Orion Metal Exchange. The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. they went over and above to help me with an issue I had with Strata Investments. I am very pleased with Orion.

All I can say is WOW! I made a purchases with another company a few years ago and boy was I taken for a ride. I didn't receive what i ordered and it took a great deal of time to have the error corrected. Orion, I spoke with Ben many many times before I decided to buy more coins. He was very patient, he educated me on the product, and when I made my purchase, I was blown away!
