My experience with this clinic was extremely disappointing.

What upset me most was not the delay itself, but the way I was treated. I arrived 30 minutes before my scheduled MRI appointment, and I completely understand that delays can happen. If someone had simply told me that there were other patients ahead of me and that the wait would be around an hour, I would have accepted that without any issue.

Instead, I was kept inside the clinic for over an hour and repeatedly told, "just another 10 minutes." The staff knew this wasn't true because there were other patients ahead of me, and they knew exactly how long each MRI would take. Rather than being honest, I was given excuses about the machine "cooling down" and was even asked to fill out paperwork that I had already completed long ago. It felt like they were trying to distract me and treat me like a child instead of respecting me enough to give me a truthful answer.

My appointment was scheduled for 7:00 PM, but my MRI didn't actually begin until 8:12 PM. Again, the delay itself wasn't the issue—the lack of honesty and respect was.

After the scan, I was promised that I would receive my results the next day. I had my MRI on Thursday, and today is already Monday. I called the clinic this morning and was told the results would be ready within 30 minutes. Seven hours have passed since that call, and I still haven't received anything. I also contacted the doctor directly, but once again I was given promises that were not kept.

I didn't leave a negative review immediately because the receptionist was genuinely kind and apologized to me. I understand that this wasn't entirely her fault. The problem is not with one employee but with the clinic's overall approach to patient care.

Respect starts with honesty. If there's going to be a delay, just tell your patients the truth. Don't make promises you already know you won't keep, and don't invent excuses to keep people waiting.

Unfortunately, after this experience, I will never return to this clinic and cannot recommend it to anyone.

Friendly, welcoming staff. Efficient and on time scan

The service provided by the entire team that welcomed and assisted me was excellent, and I was very satisfied.

Started badly as I tried ringing the door bell for 10 minutes before being let in. As I was being scanned on a weekend, I had to proceed downstairs, which I was expecting, but opened a door to a completely dark corridor. Eventually someone came when I yelled.
The check-in procedure involved completing a form that I had already completed.
The scan istelf however was first class and the portal works very well.
Please fix your front of house!

The technician who did my xray was great. Knowledgeable, polite, friendly and very patient.
He took time to answer all my questions and explain everything in detail.

Excellent level of service, from the moment I walked in I was warmly welcomed by the receptionist (who's name now evades me) but she was a real pleasure very pleasant and welcoming. Then Marvin took over and talked me through the process and I undertook the MRI, the location is perfect, everyone is very welcoming and reassuring, Marvin talked to me through the process when he could tell I was getting restless, I was thankful to them all.

Lovely experience from the staff but I wish Oryon didn't use surge pricing. The advertised price for my scan was £275 but I actually paid considerably more which was annoying

The team were excellent! I was treated so well from start to finish and the report and ability to view the images is an excellent system.

Was seen punctually and on a Sunday, which was convenient. Rooms are clean and valuables kept safe during scan. All staff were very pleasant, informative and professional.

Today we accidentally arrived at ORYON after an extremely long and exhausting day at the hospital with our child. We had not slept, and my husband was unwell. From the moment we walked in, Thurisya Thayananthan and Janel Machekano welcomed us with genuine kindness, warm smiles, patience, and outstanding professionalism. Despite being busy serving other patients, they remained calm, attentive, and made us feel truly valued. Their compassion and exceptional customer care turned a very stressful moment into a positive experience. **I give ORYON Customer Service, especially Thurisya and Janel, not just 5 stars, but 5+.

Quick, efficient and with a smile too

First time and I was very impressed. Radiographer needs a special mention from me for being most courteous. Thank you to him from me. I had my card rejected twice and later contacted Nat West and they told me there was nothing wrong with the card - the transaction was approved by Nat West but rejected by the retailer!
