I was seen on time. It was clear what I had to and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The consultant asked for them to do the scan quickly. They queried what scan was needed and even though they were told immediately delayed the booking so I had to postpone seeing my consultant. When it was finally booked they called the evening before to change the venue and the time because the system allowed a booking that could not be done at the venue. They didn’t return calls. In the end they moved things around to allow the scan at the time promised but I was only given 5 mins notice to leave to get there on time. There was one helpful person there but the others not so much and they just didn’t seem organised.

Oryon Imaging, Lister House, Wimpole St, is well located, has very helpful staff, is spotlessly clean, and if patients are able to attend off peak, reasonably priced. Would thoroughly recommend.

I have been to Oryon twice. They are absolutely excellent! Lovely waiting room- but no wait, efficient, polite receptionists and technicians, great expertise by all, immediate results, and a very good price for these services.
