Medical staff very friendly, kind and efficient. Studio is clean and very comfortable.

Arrived at Oryon imaging, enthusiastically welcomed by warm staff.
Appointment was on time and MRI carried out by courteous informative staff. I was attended to and kept informed of proceedings throughout the procedure.

I am very disappointed with the service I received despite paying a significant fee for the scan.
The referral was misread and a specific scan was missed. I have repeatedly reminded them of this and they have offered to contact me again.
I was then given an appointment several days later. Before the appointment they contacted me to inform me that a blood test was required. Consequently, the appointment was cancelled and I had to complete the blood test before the scan.
I am concerned that the referral was not properly read and the scan was missed. This has been an unprofessional and disorganised experience.

Efficient and professional service with caring staff.
I was able to take advantage of the dynamic pricing and get a cheaper appointment for a mid-week early morning appointment.

Very friendly and helpful receptionist and friendly staff. All very efficient with appointment done on time (in fact fractionally early) and completed quickly. Scans being almost immediately available help with report to clinician within the day.

Oryan has an extremely illogical policy of asking for doctor consent if the patient has had surgery despite referral for a scan by the smell doctor who did the surgery.

It's a redundant policy. The way this impacted me was that I came all the way at 9 pm only to find out they don't have the consent and won't do the scan.

There was no courtesy of informing me before or asking me not to come given they don't have doctor consent.

No apology from anyone at the reception or booking center. Everyone is simply blindly following rules and no value for patients time.

They were very efficient and the results were available for me to view on line the same day but I will wait to see my doctor who will be sent the full report to explain results to me.
I had the MRI done on a Saturday of a bank holiday weekend so will need wait till Tuesday to see doctor. I would recommend Orion Imaging and their excellent quick service for what I thought came at a very reasonable cost.

From my personal experience, I cannot recommend Oryon Imagistic. Everything seemed well-organized until I arrived at the MRI facility, where I was met not by trained professionals, but by two employees who seemed unprepared and inexperienced.

Needle Insertion: I was pricked twice before they successfully inserted the needle. To make matters worse, one of the staff members pressed my vein, which caused a significant amount of bruising. This pressure was not only painful but completely unnecessary.
Sound and Comfort Issues: I had mentioned that I was going through nicotine withdrawal, which made me more sensitive to noise, and also mentioned that this was my first MRI, which made me anxious. Despite this, they gave me a headset mentioning that the MRI machine noises were very loud but then seemingly 'forgot' to provide the music that was supposed to help calm me. During the procedure, the volume of the music was lowered only when the MRI machine was noisy — not when it was silent. This wasn’t a coincidence and made the already uncomfortable experience even worse.

This whole experience felt very unprofessional, uncomfortable, and poorly managed. I truly expected a much more professional and supportive environment given the sensitive nature of MRIs.

Oryon was quick and easy to arrange , the MRI images were on the system to view within 24 hours as promised The staff were very helpful and my MRI took places on time .Would recommend Oryon and use again if required.

My second time there and it is a very efficient operation - from booking slots with prices available and good value compared to other MRI services.
