In all my years of travel, I had the worst travel experience with Osabus.
One star is too generous.
I, Dennis Sherwood, contacted Osa Travel to arrange 4 separate transfers for a group of 28 in Italy from 17-05-2024 to 28-05-2024, beginning upon our arrival at the Naples Italy airport on 18-05-2024.
A deposit was sent on 06-10-2023 and was acknowledged by Osa Travel,
"DEPOSIT RECEIVED FOR CONTRACTED SERVICES FOR FOUR COACH TRANSFERS

The final payment was sent on 22-04-2024, and was acknowledged by Osa Travel,

Our group began our trip on 17 May 2024 as planned, departing from the USA to arrive in Naples Italy, 18 May, connecting through Paris. Numerous emails were sent to Osa Travel demanding information and how we were to be greeted at the Naples airport, that went unanswered. Upon our arrival at our Paris connection, there was no further notification on meeting our bus. I immediately sent another email to Evita Silina, DEMANDING to get information for our arrival in Naples. I was getting very desperate, having not received any information on the 3 hour transfer for our group of 28. It was not until minutes before boarding our flight to Naples, that I received this,
" Dear Dennis,
We have a really unpleasant situation, as the partner company with whom we made the booking for you, canceled the service on us due technical issues. Due the high demand they cannot provide another bus for your service. I understand this is horrible situation as they let me know last minute.
My apologies for this situation but we will refund your money to your card.

This contract was initiated over 7 months prior to our group departure. One month prior, to our departure, we were invoiced, and we made the final payment. They were very bold to have asked for the final payment when they did not have plans finalized for our trip.
I was not interested in their excuses as they left our group of 28 stranded upon our arrival at the Naples airport with no arrangements for our transfer to that day's destination 3 hours away.
After 2 hours of the group waiting, we located 3 taxi drivers, each with an 8 passenger van. The 28 of us, and our luggage, were stuffed in these vans for our 3 hour transfer. The cost for this last minute taxi service was 2400€ The cost to my client for the total land transfers, due to last minute desperation, was more than double the original contract with Osa Travel.
Osa Travel has not fully refunded my client's money. Numerous emails, demanding the refund to Osa Travel over the weeks since they failed their contract on 18-05-2024 have gone answered.
This is disgusting treatment of a customer by Osa Travel and must they be held accountable, including a penalty to compensate my client for their loss.
Last contact with Osabus was on 7/17/2024 demanding a full refund.
