TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Ordered some sportswear and none of it fit. Before I ordered I had asked them for a better size guide because I wasn't sure which size would be best and they directed me to the existing one which I already said was not useful. Requested a return and they provided a label from GLS. Went out of my way to find a shop that accepted GLS returns only to be told the label did not work. Shop assistants tried many times but it wouldn't work. I told Osaka World this over a week ago and they have still not provided a new return label. This is completely unacceptable. They have email a few times to say they have escalated the matter to the relevant team but it doesnt take more than a week to provide a new label. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
good price and fast shipping
ordered a pro bow 70 hockey stick from their January sale. price was better than anywhere else that I could find (was able to use a coupon code as well). shipped (free) almost immediately, and I had within a couple days here in the UK. bit surprised too see all the neg reviews here. stick looks great and plays great (have been using grays sticks up to now).
only thing annoying, is that there were some shoes that I was interested in, but that would have bumped the total just over the limit and VAT/import costs would have been charged. if I order the shoes themselves, its not enough to qualify for free shipping, and shipping to UK is pretty expensive.
2 months and still no refund
Ordered good have been sent. One piece was too small and returned. Allmost 2 months later and still no refund. No phone number or email to been found.

THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! No number to call, and no one answers emails. In addition, the design of the payment and shipping page induces you into error. I put the Belgian delivery address, billing address and then at payment stage you are sent to some other system (payshop) which saved a previous address in Canada. And off went the parcel. I immediately noticed but it is impossible to call anyone, I wrote twice no answer. Now I am asked to pay custom fees by DHL- Will never ever buy again from them.

Absolutely no customer service. I have tried to get in contact with them 3 times in the past 2 months for an issue with shoes…still waiting for a response. Avoid at all costs!

Zero customer service
Ordered a brand new stick from their website for over £200 and it arrived with a chip already in the head of the stick. Emailed customer service but after almost 2 weeks the only response I've had is from an automated AI agent and no resolution in sight, despite sending multiple emails to try and talk to a human. Absolutely terrible customer service despite the actual good quality of some of their products.

I was disappointed with the customer service experience. It was difficult to find contact details, and there was no phone number available. Email responses appeared automated, which delayed resolving my issue. I mistakenly entered the wrong delivery address, and the only advice given was to contact the postal service—however, because it was sent via standard post, the address couldn’t be changed.
Never order from this company
Never order from this company. It was not clear that the cost of the items would be subject to import duties making the cost 133% of what I had though I would pay.
When I wanted to return an item the customer service was dreadful, no option to speak to anyone, just 'AI' responses and no chance to get the tax back that I was owed.

If I could go 0 stars I would. Ive ordered a $300 dollar field hockey stick from them. Its been 6 weeks of no information. The first few emails went answered with generic answers like, that they dont have information yet and that it must still be in production. Now I have 4 emails that have gone completely ignored. I will be contacting the better business bureau. Completely unacceptable. Horrible length of time to send a stick. And not only Horrible. But non existent customer service.

Expensive shipping fees for below average items
Very expensive shipping fees and items for below average sportswear. I was given a voucher and ordered a jumper, a skort and some shorts and all come up very small and uncomfortable. I don’t think the size above would make a difference as it’s the proportions of the clothes - shorts sit very low and skort is very short. Difficult and expensive to return items.

Very deceptive shipping policy
Very deceptive shipping policy. I placed item in cart. I then clicked on cart and went to pay with Apple Pay. There was never a warning about the shipping being $25. Soo you click apple pay and that's it. 40 dollars total for hockey stick grip. Very deceptive!
