Horrible Customer Service - Inferior quality bat
Their customer service is awful at best. We had an issue with a bat that broke twice in the exact same spot. They offered to replace a 3rd time but that bat shipped with damage to it. They offered to replace a 4th time but it was out of stock. We were told we could choose a different bat or pay for an upgrade - we paid for the upgrade and needed the bat ASAP as our kid was in-season. The GM assured us that she would handle the invoice and overnight shipping so that he would have his bat. WRONG!!! - we still haven't seen the bat! We have been fighting to get him a new bat since 2/9/26 - it's now 3/10/26 and he doesn't have a bat.
They need to follow through on what they promise- they need to respond to emails (they're super slow or just don't respond at all). I've emailed the GM a few times in the last 5 days with zero response!!
