I ordered a part that upon installation the shop discovered that was not my problem.It took me three calls to get someone to send a return label. Then it took me two calls to actually get a return label. When I finally got the label and sent the part back they acted on it quickly and returned my money in a couple days. Yes, I would recommend them because I received the part quickly and once they got the part back they refunded my money quickly.

2003 Econoline Ford van 350 , I had been pricing upper and lower radiator hoses but you guys had the best prices for the same brand (Gates) the auto parts wanted $94 for the lower hose and I got it for the mid $60s and I got them about 3 days earlier and well packed , to bad you guys don’t offer the clamps as well .

I had done a lot of research on the shocks for our RV 5th wheel because there were no listings for it. I couldn't believe that Oscaro had them in stock. Order 6 shocks and delivery was fast. This is the second order on hard to find parts, GREAT JOB!!

Brake pads didn't fit my car and I did input the make model and year of the vehicle specifically for size requirements. Disappointed. I don't even know how to send it back

Within two years after I bought my Tundra the latches on both back windows were broken ( poor engineering ) on Toyotas parts made from plastic. Then I lucked into finding Oscaro and the replacement metal cam for the rear window latches, without buying the entire latch which would have broken again because of the poor design. Thank You very much for supplying hard to find parts like theses. Zack
