I had a very frustrating experience
I had a very frustrating experience. The platform allows you to proceed with the payment for the OSHA course even if you are located outside the United States. However, once you try to continue with the process, you realize that the course is not actually available for people outside the U.S.
This restriction is not made clear from the beginning, and it only becomes apparent after you have already invested time trying to enroll. It is misleading to allow international users to reach the payment stage if they are not eligible to take the course.
Very poor user experience and lack of transparency. One star.

I am not satisfied with how 360 online…
I am not satisfied with how 360 online handled the error that was made. I called the first time to explain the error only to receive a rude customer service agent whose name was mics, and would not give me his last name. Nor his agent number. The second caller Mary was very helpful and she sent me an email within minutes. I did not get a resolution to correct my last name on my OSHA 30 HOUR OUTREACH Training Program. The email says due to my error i need to pay $89 for a new card. This is unacceptable! This changed my view of OSHA and how they handle customers.

I’m having trouble getting it verified…
I’m having trouble getting it verified through an Instawork app put the certification on there and for some reason it won’t validate.
I put in a ticket with Instawork with it which is like a staffing agency to see why it’s not being validated but other than that the experience is OK

Easy to use and you can take the class…
Easy to use and you can take the class at your own pace. Only downside was the screen doesn’t follow along with narration so it’s easy to lose your spot if you get distracted.

Stay focused to the point!
The content is never gonna be entertaining. Staying relevant and keeping it on point made it easier to consume. Practice quizzes throughout the exercise lead to a confident take of the exam portion.

The hour tracker could be better as it…
The hour tracker could be better as it kept pushing my time back especially when I got to 40 hrs and had to email about the issue to be able to take the final exam. Otherwise the course was great.
