I purchased a refresher Dangerous Goods (DG) course on Compliance Training to re-certify a staff member. After completing the purchase, the course failed to appear in our account list to assign. I emailed customer service right away to resolve the issue before our employee's certification expired, but I received no response.By the time I called support today to get the course visible, the prior certification had already expired due to the lack of response to my email. The agent was able to walk me through making the course appear, but could not clarify whether the refresher course would still be valid or if we needed the full course. Furthermore, the agent refused to cancel or refund the refresher course unless I purchased the full course first. It is extremely frustrating that customer service was unresponsive when we needed technical support, but eager to push a new sale.

Jeff from the Watertown viral core safety unit was extremely helpful when I had to reschedule twice last minute. He also helped me get comfortable with the self guided station which was convenient and educational. I feel better equipped going into a healthcare environment now

It helps me to be safe and make it a point in looking out for my coworker to be safe as well on any job site are at the shop.

I purchased a training for another user. But the training did not show up in the manager mode dashboard to assign to the user. I sent a message to support for assistance. I'm waiting for a response.

Checkout experience was fine, trouble is that the crew member I purchased the training for is unable to see the training after he clicks on the email

This site is beyond difficult to maneuver. Sent an email to the Help Desk and never heard back.

Been a customer for a number of years and enjoy the training from Compliance Training Online. There were some changes so a little difficult to get signed in this time. Otherwise, I recommend to all of our vendors for training.

After I made the purchase and received a "payment successful" message, I couldn't assign the training to my staff. When I called the help line they told me the bank still needs to process the payment and it may take up to 24 hours. I've never bought anything online, an item or training, that required me to wait. I need this training when I pay for it.

It would be nice to assign a course to an employee with just a name and email and let them fill in their own info

The customer service group is not reading my messages and they have not refunded the money for the courses that i purchased, assigned, but students couldnt access. I was forced to purchase content from another platform. I prefer the 360 online platform, but i am not going to use it in the future until i get this refund issue resolved.

It does not discuss the different levels of lead abatement.

Upon trying to buy the training, I learned I needed to convert our account to the new system. That conversion was a massive pain in the ass! It took four calls to tech support for them to finally assign the training themselves because the system would not work for half of my personnel.

Cannot figure out how to access the online course.

It was easy to follow with the coarse material. Everything fit together perfectly. They do a great job here.

i still don't have access to my training for my employee

It works, but they did some changes that made logging in after a few years difficult. I had to get support to help me get back into my account, which took several days. Once I did make a purchase, I could not figure out how to have the system send email invites to the trainees, which would have been nice. I had to type up an email myself, reminding them of their user names and providing a link to the website. I am pretty sure last time, once I signed them up for the course, they got an email they could click on to get started and it saved us some time. Overall, the experience was okay, but not as smooth as I would have liked.
