Khaifa, they way he explained everything was great, and I learned a lot about in 30min. Very helpful and useful information if you are starting a business.

Audio conference call was on time, Shela was very helpful, friendly and informative. I am very happy with her advice and how she clearly she instructed me in the matters we discussed.

We have been using their services to form a Singapore company, which came with an accounting package. However, the experience has been extremely problematic, characterized by:

Incorrect advice that could potentially result in our business being shut down due to massive taxation mistakes and fines.
Filings made at the last minute.
A lack of responsiveness, with our concerns shuffled between people rather than addressed.
Unexplained charges on our account.
Consistently overpromising capabilities and underdelivering on services.
A terrible mobile/web account user experience (disappearing messages, no search functions, etc.).
We have finally freed ourselves from feeling captive to their poor service, but the mere mention of their name still induces frustration.

I strongly advise against considering choosing OSOME as your accounting/formation agent in Singapore, as it could lead to disastrous financial and legal consequences for your business.

I had the pleasure of working with Onome, an account expert from Osome Accounting software company, and I must commend her exceptional communication skills. Throughout our interactions, Onome proved to be phenomenal, providing prompt and clear assistance.

While the service offered by Osome is undoubtedly top-notch, I couldn't help but notice that the package was slightly more expensive than some competitors. As a representative of Wali's Paradise Limited, I acknowledge that there might be other factors contributing to this pricing that we are not aware of. However, in terms of the primary requirements, the service is on the pricier side.

Despite the cost factor, the outstanding service and communication skills demonstrated by Onome have made the overall experience positive. I would recommend Osome Accounting for those who prioritize excellent service and are willing to invest a bit more for it.

Zoe was very helpful in the initial chat for setting up my accounting / bookkeeping.

I was impressed with Zoe on the e commerce knowledge she had about my business. Cant wait to work with this company.

This is my second one star review of Osome. Where do I start:

Osome submitted my personal tax information last year and our new accountants have requested information several times and we have had zero responses.

I have sent over 10+ emails since November (2/3 months) and had ZERO RESPONSE

How hard is it to provide information on my personal tax submission which you did?

They are incompetent at best and borderline fraudulent at worst.

I need this information for my personal tax submission and Osome are failing to respond and reply to any of our emails.

I have literally copied in about 7 different people from their company and had ZERO response from anyone.

Maybe if I keep leaving 1 star reviews they will pull their finger out their butt and give me the information that has been requested - Then I can be finally done with this joke of a company! 💩

I've been using Osome's services for a while now and I can say that the service has been fantastic. The team led by Gerda, their accounting expert, has been super knowgeable and immensly helpful. Great service and great team to work with including all previous teams worked with as well during our time using Osome's services. I would defintaley recommend their services.

Khalifa Sheikh was incredibly helpful and patient in understanding my business needs and gave me peace of mind through the onboarding process. They also made great efforts to follow up on previous enquiries and staying in touch. Highly recommend!

Hello Agatha and Jonah Ben Sotero, it already over a month. Is this how Osome work? Your bot sent me a message, "We’re waiting for your reply to move forward. If you have any questions, just let us know and we will be happy to help. Thanks!"

Update 4 Jan 2024:
After requesting for a refund weeks ago, Jonah Ben Sotero wrote again, "I want to make sure we complete the verification soon as there are still other steps we need to complete before we can submit this to our internal processing team for review of your incorporation." Why do you have to make this so painful?

One week went by after payment was made and I contacted Agatha - only to find out that we were not onboard. Today's 13 Dec 2023, Jonah told us that we are not onboard yet because he requires more verification. After answering the last question, he would repeat the same again with another question. One question after another by email every other day for the past week. If this is not bad enough, how about contacting an ex-director without consent! You are in business to help companies stay compliant. What an irony!

The on-boarding process was straightforward, hassle free and fast. Thank you, Agatha!

My initial experience setting up my company was seamless and easy, once I joined for their accounting software that’s where it went down hill.

Firstly, as a new business I didn’t have my company debit card set up so I used my personal bank card - I was told three current things as to how I should expense items via my personal card 1) link you card to our software and upload the reciept as normal 2) make sure you do not link your card just send the receipts and mark them as a directors loan 3) you’ll have to go through your bank statements and highlight which are transactions and then match with receipts.

Now as a new business owner all I need is something simple and easy to use being told 3 different ways 2 of which go against each other isn’t the best of starts.

The so called “HELP” their staff tried to give me was useless I tried to complain internally so I could 1) get the answers I needed once someone senior heard my problems 2) be compensated due to the problems I have had within my short time using them and their rude staff.

I still don’t have an answer to my questions nor has anyone at OSOME - STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE TIME AND MONEY

I have never had any experience with company set up or bookkeeping etc.Now I have overcome my anxiety after working with Osome. Will continue to work with them.The team is really supportive and always there to answer my queries.Thank you!
