Ruuuuuuuuun mate they are fraud company no service at all missing all due dates they failed to fill tax reports and ask you to do everything and when I requested for a refund they deduct almost half of the amount don't listen to any promises from sales team all fake and most proply they purchased the positive reviews here .you will regret to deal with them

Very knowledgeable and understands what needs to be done very clear and managed set things in place with no problems and very informative

You basically get 0 service once you made the payment. Before the payment is made, the customer service was very attentive, response very quickly, answer all your questions, but dont be deceived by this!! Once you made the payment, you will not get this type of service anymore. I am having trouble with the incorporation and nobody is available to help. I requested a refund for this lousy service and experience encountered during my onboarding process, Customer service said that manager will get in touch with me asap, waited the whole day, nobody contacted me at all. I am still stucked now, not sure when I can incorporate my company, and when the refund will be processed.

Just don’t do it, you will regret forever and it will cost you more when you have to close and set up somewhere else.
The incompetence of this place is beyond belief so why you would trust them with your finances is beyond comprehension. This company was recommended by a friend and I wish it could be reversed. Very diligent until

Excellent service

I have been using OSOME UK since 2020 and while (like with any service) there were some glitches/bugs on the app/tech side I always have a dedicated account manager (Gordon) who I can rely on to get it all sorted.

Most importantly:

1. all my accounting and bookeeping is done and submitted on time.
2. for any queries I have - average response time is less than few hours.

I will give it 4 stars as for me a 5-star experience would be an automated system so that I never have to spend a second on accounting (which is not yet available) but as a small business I can't afford a full-time accountant on payroll so OSOME works for me.

Every five star review here and on google is FAKE. This is the most terrible company who DO NOT CARE ABOUT THIER CUSTOMERS.

I have never been so pissed off with any company before. This company will be late for everything but tell you have there will be a fine.

They dont even know what package I signed up for, can’t get my name right, and did not even onboard me for more than 2 months. I didnt have an account manager and their hotline goes to an automatic voice mail every single time of the day.

The ONLY TIME someone called me was when I wrote a ONE STAR REVIEW ON GOOGLE. I questioned why I have not spoken to a single accountant since I have signed up and the lady dared to mentioned that it was ME WHO OVERLOOKED.

Everything must be done on their app, they do not call, or text or do anything besides on their app.

Tech is supposed to HELP CUSTOMERS and not enable their own staff to be extremely lazy. There were so many other things that happened, I never had so many delays and fines in my ten years of doing business.

Extremely Incompetent Team at Osome.

Osome accountants are pretty much useless.

1. We've submitted the invoices through auto-forward email address which they told us to send, but they said they lost access to the email and thus can't retrieve the invoices.

2. Invoices were then manually downloaded by us and sent it through google drive, they again missed several invoices

3. They've sent UFS document just a few days before the deadline which didn't give us time to verify things.

4. After filing UFS, we learned Osome missed invoices for transactions for a huge sum, which resulted in a high tax because they missed the invoices.

I will update this review in detail soon. If you're considering Osome, you will regret choosing them.

Great experience so far incorporating a company with the company address feature, & the accounting feature. Khalifa Sheikh was especially helpful on the phone in taking the time to explain answers to any questions that I had. 3 star rating is not reflective of any negative feelings or experience of the company. Going well so far. Thank you. X

Khalifa was amazing. He guided and helped me through the whole process. Explained the importance of Osomme and how much it would benefit me and my business. The signing up process was seamless and now I can focus on my business whilst Osomme takes care of the money and tax side.

Just had a call from Khalifa Sheikh regarding my accounting. He was very helpful and good and explaining how useful it is to keep upto date. So far the whole process has been very streamline!!
