Lack of customer service support
I have just updated my rating as I have since heard back from the company apologising for delay in response and providing the assurance I needed. I have updated from 2 star to 4 star....initial review I bought a pair of suede boots and noticed a couple of marks/indentations in the suede as soon as they arrived. I emailed customer service with photos on 28th April, 3rd May and 8th May, but I haven’t received a single reply.
I’ve bought from this company before and really like their products, which makes this even more disappointing. It seems that if something goes wrong, there’s no support at all. Unfortunately, this experience has made me think twice about ordering from them again.

Very disappointed with my shoes
Very disappointed with my shoes! They are very comfortable but do not last! I purchased the first pair for a wedding and only wore them a handful of times and the heel wore away with rubber split and wood chipping off then the sole on the heel fell off after 7 weeks! They were then replaced and the same happened after another 7 weeks and told thats wear and tear and have refused to help me any further and just told me to go and get them re heeled and refused to pay for it!I will update if any other comments are made from the retailer as I believe in complete transparency! At present stay away! After service very poor! Not worth the money!

I am very disappointed with the response back as not wearing a pair of shoes daily yet the heel wears away then being told it’s wear and tear is unacceptable especially when customer services wash their hands of you! 2 pairs of shoes both broken the same way - not good!
I will keep updating you to ensure transparency every time I get a response from Oswin Hyde and keep you updated if the customer service department support with my faulty shoes and not tell me it’s wear and tear!

Because of this, we are unable to cover the costs of third-party repair services or offer further replacements.

Poor quality and terrible customer care
Purchased shoes in January. Worn rarely and after around 6-8 wears the adhesive came away on the heal. After contacting customer services they refused to honour their 6 month returns/repair policy based on an “accidental damage clause”. Claiming it looked as if the heel had “caught on something”. Terrible customer service
