As fully outlined and explained by our customer service team via email, our returns policy requires items to be returned in their original, undamaged packaging to qualify for a full refund. Because the packaging arrived back to us significantly damaged, a £7.00 restocking fee was deducted to account for the diminished value of the presentation box, which can no longer be reused for future orders.
We try to remain transparent regarding our return guidelines to keep things fair for all customers. We appreciate your feedback and take your comments on board as we look to refine our policies.

Poor quality material
Poor quality material. I bought these white men’s sandals. The product is described as leather, but it feels like plastic and creases easily. They’re also too hard and painful to wear — a total waste of money. I wanted to return them, but my partner already threw away the box.

Bad Quality, Customer service and durability
I ordered a pair of Oswin Hyde shoes in Feburary, at first the quality seemed great and bundled with the polish, bag and shoe horn it gave the appereance of a good pair of shoes. However, after 2 months the shoes have started falling apart. I have contacted customer support and they have told me they cant do anything and after speaking to a manager they also said that it wont be covered under the warranty. I had to chase 3 times are every email to them to get a reponse as apparently the manager was on holiday, but did not let me know after 2 weeks of waiting for a response.
Bad customer service, Bad shoes. I would avoid and go to somewhere like Dune, oliver sweeney with a good sale discount the shoes are almost the same cost are more comforatble and are alot more durable.

Arrived on time however…
Does arrived on time however, quality is not near the price they sell on the website.They don’t fit because the heel part is very low to catch on the feet well and they basically stay like a flip flops.Also , no support…The sole part is very heavy and the top suede part too soft to support you leaving you with the feel of one of those Shoes that are just sole and elastic upper part like a sock .Good try to mimic italian loafer but Indian made , no near the quality unfortunately.I want to return them but not sure worth the hassle time and exchange of emails

Painful returns process and awful…
Painful returns process and awful customer service. Apparently, they have absolutely no way to override their system to generate a returns label for free, even though I have effectively done an exchange, but computers says no. When I asked for a manager, they didn't get me one.
