Quality going down hill
I have bought shoes and boots from Oswin previously and been very happy. My latest pair were not as good quality. The heel has a fake wood effect strip that has started peeling off. I have only worn the boots a few times so I contact customer services and was told it was peeling off due to getting wet. I would expect the boots to stand up to a bit of rain when being sold into the UK market place and therefore would not consider the boots fit for purpose. Thier recomendation was to take them to a cobbler to get fixed at my own expense. I will be looking at other manufacturers in future.

Purchased an item for Father’s Day and the parcel shop I selected for delivery refused the item stating that they sent it straight back to Oswin Hyde.
