put an order in the end of nov, it came mid January. i ordered 2 ugly xmas sweaters/ with a big Lobowski theme to them and got 2 completely different ones, one wasn't even like anything worn in the movie, the 2nd one wasn't even ordered not to mention neither was even a sweater and both were labelled "cosplay" WTH?
...and i spent like $80 for them. nobody answers emails either.
Avoid them like the plague, shady

Honestly, these anime shirts rock! Fits perfect. True to size. I ordered what I thought would work for me and the hubs but I should have sizes down. Really nice shirts!!

I order a knicks jacket since 12/18/19 and just received what is suppose to be a knicks jacket. Now if you know knicks team colors. Its royal blue and orange. Now what I got was purple and orange and the fabric is completely different from what was ordered. PLEASE DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SELLER IT'S A FAKE. AND NOW YOU CAN'T REACH THEM BECAUSE THEY CHANGE THEIR SIGHT NAME.

this company is obviously shady.ordered a chicago bears flaming skull hoodie and received a harley davidson one.It appears that over and over in these reviews the same thing is happening.MAYBE they should get someone who understands ENGLISH.They have NOT responded to emails and even finding a link was impossible to email them,so that right there screams problematic seller.STRONGLY advise EVERYONE to shop elsewhere!

I ordered two Macallan sweaters. They took a while to arrive but they finally got to me. I spoke with “Zach” through email. Very helpful. Very responsive. When my sweaters arrived, they had Cuervo Tequila bottles on them instead of Macallan bottles. I have reached back out several times to Zach asking him to fix the problem and send me correct sweaters. He has gone silent. Anyone wanna buy two Macallan sweaters with Cuervo bottles on them??? Crap customer service.

I purchased from them for the second time because I trusted them after my first purchase. I ordered a fleece jacket with art print on the front and back from The Warriors movie. It took 3 weeks to reach my home from the order date, but I know that patience is a virtue and I expected it to take some time to ship and deliver. They are great at producing the products that they display and they provide a reliable service. The fleece jacket is great for the cold and windy conditions and the art print looks cool and gorgeous.

Had a little glitch at first with my order. But after all was said and done my purchase is as good as advertised. Colors are bright and bold. It is the PABST BLUE RIBBON hoodie and long sleeve shirt. When I contacted the the company with the size problem they corrected and reshipped .
I will be ordering from them again.

Cheap merchandise and counterfeits.
Just avoid the disappointment and look elsewhere.

Ordered 2 items a Jotaro Kujo & Dio Brando shirt, and Jojos Bizarre fleece jacket for my son for Christmas on Dec 8, 2019 same order and order number . Received the Shirt Jan 10th yep 2020. I’ve emailed on the 10th about the missing Fleece jacket with no Response, when I put in tracking number it says delivered so both items have the same tracking number no way for me to track the missing jacket. No phone number to call just a email that so far I’ve had no response no luck with getting ahold of the company.

My son did LOVE the shirt just wish the jacket was delivered!

I placed an order before Christmas and I still haven’t received my purchase and able to get anyone to answer any questions. I will never order from them again

Ordered a Cthulhu Ugly Christmas Sweater. Took two weeks just to ship - I didn't get it until three weeks after I ordered. The design looked just like the picture so no qualms there, but the polyester it's printed on is very cheap looking. Worst of all, the stitching was crap and broke as soon as I tried it on. I requested a refund and 10 days later was offered a partial refund. Whatever, I'm just trying to cut my losses with this ripoff company and warning anyone who reads this to save their money. I wish I'd spent the extra $$$ and gone with a more reputable seller instead of going cheap with this ripoff company. You get what you pay for - if it looks like a deal that's too good to be true that means it is.

I bought the Harley Davidson hoody for my son, he loves it the fit was good for him, he likes the colour and the quality. I will buy from Otakuplan again but allow lots of time for delivery.

I placed my order on Nov 30th,2019 but email says Dec 1st,2019. It was for my parents Christmas gift. I never received any email stating that it had shipped and they said I would. I emailed them asking when I would receive information about my order and they responded 3 days later on 12/11/19 saying we will send it in 2-3 days. I never received the info. So on 12/26/19 I emailed them a photo of what was coming up when I tried to track my package. On 12/27/19 they responded saying my link was wrong but it was the link provided by their website. Finally on 1/8/20 my parents finally received their package only to find out that my moms jacket was missing. I ordered a pullover for dad and fleece jacket for mom. I'm very disappointed and I've emailed otakuplan 3 or 4 times begging for a refund or my mom's jacket. They have not responded yet. They don't have a contact number only email.

Got our package finally today. It took a month but my son very happy with product

I ordered a wool Christmas sweater from Otakuplan at the beginning of November. I finally received it Tuesday (January 7th). That's not all! It's not wool, but rather has the feel of an underarmour shirt. Complete waste of money and time. Dishonest people at Otakuplan.

Garbage service! I ordered a 60 dollar jacket for Christmas never arrived and contacted company about either getting a new one or refund and no response.
