Beautiful design and my husband loves the sleek material. It does take awhile for shipping but they do warn you that it will take awhile. It took approximately a month in total to receive.

Similar to other complaints, I ordered a hoodie for my son for Christmas 2019 and it arrived with the 'Attack on Titan' logo upside down. Can you believe it? Obviously very disappointing. Very sloppy craftsmanship. The quality of the hoodie is very poor as well, but it was only $39 so I didn't expect much, but I did expect the logo to be correct! I reached out to customer service on Dec 27, 2019. I received a response 3 days later asking for photos which I provided, and haven't heard anything since. I've followed up twice since then. Buyer beware! I would not use this company. No quality control, poor customer service, and it took a month for it to arrive from China when we first ordered it. Otakuplan: If this can be resolved quickly, then I will be more than happy to revise my review.

Right now my review is not very good unless I get some sort of response about how my order is going to be corrected because the word on my shirt is spelled wrong. I have emailed 3 times since my order was delivered and nobody has responded and I have sent picture showing the spelling error

Finally received after a month of waiting. Quality is definitely NOT what a sweatshirt should be, its paper thin and shiny. Graphics are as pictured on the website that is the only positive. I am not happy with the quality of your product.

It took a long time to get to my house in the U.S. (but, to be fair it’s coming from Hong Kong). If you are a typical American size, the sizes rung waaaay small. For example, my son is normally a Large, but the 2X barely fit him. The order also came in two shipments, so initially I thought I had only received 1/2 my order. The 2nd half came 4 days after the first part. Overall, great, high quality material. Both of my sons are thrilled with the purchases. I would order from this site again.

Too good as per the price of the product. The inner structure is more than sufficient to easily give a warm feeling with the temperatures as low as 5-7 degrees.

Luckily I brought one got fit perfectly, it would be recommended to check all the parameters of it's measurement and then decide which size to go for.

The perfect oversized coat. Perfect mauve coat for winters. You can easily wear a t shirt underneath for more warmth. Great for wearing with jeans and boots over the weekend.

Do not order from this company! I ordered 3 Christmas sweaters on November 25th, 2019 and it it is now Dec 31, 2019 and I have not received my order. The tracking of my package shows it still hasn't left China. They took my money and didn't send merchandise. What a fraud!

If I said this is awesome it's not the perfect to describe the product but actually it's more than awesome.

Perfectly fit ( just go for 1time large size than your normal) awesome and classy ,looks , quality product. Go without any doubt.

Wish i had read the reviews before i ordered. ordered a sweater on November 27th. still have not received it. unlike some other people here i was lucky enough to receive a tracking number. it left their facility 20 days after i ordered it. thats double the "7-10 Days" to process time that they claim on their website. its no closer to my door at 34 days.

When i contacted support they sent me a link to the tracking number (that i already had) and they said "you will receive your order soon" that was three days ago. i plan to contact the BBB (which ive never had to do before) if this continues.

UPDATE: Finally received my order on the 31st making it 35 days since i placed my order. Their customer service asked me to leave a Five Star review and sent me a link to this site. no apologies, no explanation.

DO NOT order from otakuplan.com. This is not a legitimate business! They are NOT real merchants. Once you place your order, you receive no order confirmation via email and when you go to check your order status, the only thing you will see is "Paid" but nothing else. Your items will NOT ship and you will receive no response if you try to email the store merchants. The only way you will be refunded your money is to go through PayPal and file a claim for a refund. Give them your order # and as much detailed information that you can provide. I placed an order on December 2nd and finally received my refund from them on the 27th. They will not apologize nor explain to you the reason why you were blatantly ignored. They should be reported to the better business bureau.
