Pikachu ears are same as shown on the product. They were the reason I ordered this hoodie. Also quality and print good and justify the price.

This is s scam! There email is a joke. I never received my order. I want a refund. I m writing this so no one else gets scammed out of there money. And Agree with everyone they don’t deserve any star. The good reviews are lies so people believe this bs. I want my money

I ordered items on 11/29 with express shipping for delivery by Christmas. Since shipping was not shown, I contacted and was given a "promise" via email that items would be received by Christmas. As Christmas approached, I emailed again that it was not received and shipping was not updated. Then I emailed that shipment was not received after Christmas. Today, they responded that it would be received "soon" rather than keeping the "promise" of delivery by Christmas. I checked shipping today and it is in HONK KONG!!! Complete dissatisfaction and distrust in this company.

Ordered Nov 23 thinking it would get here by Christmas. Wrongo. Still isn't here e-mailed twice no response. The tracking is BS hasn't changed since the 15th of December. Wondering if I will ever get my Merchandise. Very Angry over the False Advertising.

It was ordered on November 8, but until now no feedback yet. Supposed to be a Christmas gift, badly it never came. Nearly two months, hopefully it will arrive soon. Also, customer service is not good, very poor response in email.

The wait was a bit long but its was worth it. The t shirt is good. Shipping next time i order im going with UPS or FedEx over others.. All in all pretty good

I've waited 30 days for my parcel, and the "tracking" they provide is iffy, unless your items arrive at the same location at several different times. I ordered a christmas sweater on the 23rd and here we are a month later finally getting it.

Never received item, no tracking, no response to any emails

Comfortable jacket.
This hoodie is an add on to your wardrobe it is one a very comfortable jacket.
The zip is also really smooth.
You can pair it with a t-shirt and it looks a lot better.

Never received my item. Emailed to let them know and was told it was delivered. It was not.

I ordered an ugly christmas sweater on Nov 23...as of Dec 21 they have not sent it. I should clarify, they sent something but it was a freaking Minions sweater that I did not order (I ordered a Jojo Bizarre if you must know) and I have been emailing them nonstop and they have yet to respond. Luckily I ordered something else and it arrived correctly but the fact that their tracking system is garbage and they have no number to reach them by makes this the last time I ever purchase from them.
TL;DR: This website sucks and has no good customer support. This is the first time I've ever written a review on a site, that is how upset I am.

Don't waste your time or money with this company. I ordered 2 sweatshirts the beginning of December, and still nothing but a confirmation of payment email. I've emailed them to see where my order is, no response.
Now I will damn sure be putting up a fight for a refund.
