I ordered the Komi nendoroid about a year ago and never received it. Now I have no way of filing for the money back because the website is offline.

I ordered my Hokusai figure in September of 2020,and of course I never received it.the last successful contact I was able to make with them was in sep 2022,then no response at all whatsoever. now I see they are allegedly bankrupts I'm sure im never getting my money or figure(the figure was a limited release too soy's f-cked)

As of today they declared bankruptcy. As someone that made an order at Otaku Square, more then a year ago and never got my order, i still hope to get my hard earned money back. As i can not post links to the bankruptcy articles (trustpilot doesnt allow links), you have to google it for yourself.

I'm trying to reach them for more then 2 months.
The don't reply to e-mails, telephone is out of service, they don't reply in the chatoption, etc.

I ordered a pre-order with bonus.
I got the pre-order but not the bonus.
While i did pay for the pre-order bonus

I have read so many complaints about Otaku Square so i also informed their partner Good Smile Company about all the complaints.

EVERYONE.
NEVER BUY HERE.

They are just scammers

I order an IN-STOCK item back in September and received no communication regarding the order for several weeks. Upon contacting them via e-mail, I only got an automated "we'll look into it" response. As a few weeks passed and I noticed that their website's certificate has expired, as well as seeing their social media completely dead, with people complaining about none of their orders coming in, as well as a lot of negative reviews, I filed a dispute with my Credit Card company one month later after my order. Today, I just received my money back, as the merchant (Otaku Square) didn't dispute or even bother to reply to my chargeback. I would recommend everyone to do the same, if possible, and get your money back. I doubt they're operational at this point so if you're able to chargeback via bank, you should get your money 100%.

Bit of a shame since I've had good experiences with the store when COVID was new, and last year, while my order for an in-stock item was somewhat delayed, seemed to still be OK, I can no longer recommend this store - IMO your next best alternative is Archonia or Global Freaks.

The website is currently down (not secure warning) , no reply to emails, no reply to phone

As the title suggests, do not order from this company. I preordered a Proplica item back on Oct. 23, 2021 and was supposed to receive it at the beginning of this year but never received the order. I have tried calling the company and I also tried to dispute the charge with PayPal, but to no avail. They have given me the runaround and even when I threatened legal action, they STILL had the balls to not contact me back and to not refund me. Worst mistake I’ve ever made!!! BEWARE OF THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!

Out of all the people whose reviews I read I seem to be the most f-ed of them all. I cant believe that I payed almost 300 bucks. And now. What? Does ANYONE have some sort of advice on how you could eventually get back at them? By saying that they will resolve all those issues they are CLEARLY trying to buy time. It may be my anger issues but I simply cant live with this.

Dit bedrijf is niks meer dan een scam bedrijf! Klantenservice bestaat gewoon niet. Elke keer als je belt gaat het naar een externe bedrijf die helemaal niks voor je kan doen.
Omdat ik met ideal heb betaalt lekker ook mijn geld kwijt.
Zal helaas moeten overstappen naar de politie en kvk, En kijken of zij wat kunnen doen.

I ordered late August, and delivery was scheduled for mid september. It is now late november and the most I have heard of it is an automated reply to my first mail :"Your request will be escalated to a staff member". Since then no answers to any of my mails, their phone number doesn't work anymore and neither does their website. Do not ever order from them if you don't want your money to disappear into thin air.

Paid for my order last year, order was supposed to arrive in november however since october this year i have not been able to login to the website, which is by the way the only way to check anything about the shipment and processing of your order.
When i tried to password reset it would just link to the exact same server login error.
Now i tried again today but the site was flagged as unsafe by both chrome and firefox.
Safe to say that i've probably been scammed and they've run off with the money, such a shame.

Although i'd advise anyone to not buy anything from this site, that would be impossible to begin with as it is currently impossible to access the site.

Hope i get to see my money again, but i'm doubtful.

I paid for my order in June. I opened a ticket and got an automated response that they are very busy but would be in touch. I never heard from them. I’ve emailed them several times since. Now the login to the website is broken and so is the password reset. This is a scam.

Sent multiple emails trying to get order status update. Cannot log on the website due to errors. Never response to any message. Phone number they provided does not work and they're literally annoying the heck out of me now. This company is def a PoS and should be avoided at all cost.

Cannot login to my account + no updates regarding my pre-order.

Never buying here again, how do you even mess up your user database?

Hope I will receive what I paid for otherwise a lawsuit would definitely get me my money back and more since they are breaking so many laws it's laughable.

Verzamelaars wees alsjeblieft voorzichtig. Otaku Square is een leugenaar. Otaku Square heeft mijn pakket naar een verkeerde adres gestuurd. Ze hebben beloofd op 23-09-2022, 27-09-2022, 03-10-2022, 04-10-2022, 11-10-2022 en 13-10-2022 dat ze zo spoedig mogelijk contact op zullen opnemen om het op te lossen. Het contact moest allemaal van mijn kant komen. Na 10-10-2022 hebben ze ook hun telefoonnummer eruit gegooid waardoor ze telefonisch niet bereikbaar zijn. Heb op 17-10-2022 nogmaals geprobeerd telefonisch contact op te nemen. Helaas zijn ze niet bereikbaar. Gelukkig zijn alle gesprekken opgenomen. Deze gesprekken zullen dan ook online komen. Hoop zo dat toekomstige verzamelaars kunnen voorkomen dat ze dezelfde probleem zullen ervaren als ik. Maar ik blijf geloven in sprookjes en hoop dat ze ooit contact zullen opnemen en netjes mijn probleem oplossen.

Called and emailed many times about cancelling my order without response from the company. Each time they took my information but not ONCE have I been contacted back about my order. I am severely disappointed in the lack of service and want my money back.

Figures are authentic as it is. No dents or any form of deformation and really nicely packed. Really satisfied with the figure.

I ordered a holo pop-up parade. It arrived well on time and I was informed properly by the webshop. Overall a great experience!

I knew very little from this company, but when I saw they were partnered with MFC I figured they were legit, so I made my first purchase with them. I regret it. It took them a whole month just to ship my item, and when I told them to cancel my order (prior to shipping) all they did was give me the run around and waste my time. I had already received my item from elsewhere and in short order as well. Even after asking numerous times to cancel my order and not getting a definitive response, they still shipped my item anyway, to which it got delivered to the wrong address somehow because I never received it. Needless to say, I got my refund. Their incompetence with customer service and inability to ship on time and to the correct address should be enough of a clue to stay away from them unless you want your time and money wasted.

Chat support can't do anything, not even basic things like check their own stock. I have never gotten an email response, still have half a dozen open tickets going back months. You don't even get a "ticket received" if you use their webform or the info email instead of the service email. Don't be fooled if they escalate your ticket to a specialist, you won't get an actual reply.

I have used my legal right to revoke an order that is overdue 6 months by now (and out of stock with the manufacturer) but they haven't given me my money back and it's past the legal deadline by now. Going to return my order that just arrived because i do not trust them to provide post-sale support or warranty should i need it, honestly wondering if they will actually return the money this time. You have to input the order number from your shipping confirmation (including the #1), not the order number from your order confirmation it ask for in the return portal. They also want you to package the return shipment leak proof to make it an extra hassle and cost, not that the order was shipped leak proof by them. This order was also late with no delay notice. Never received an invoice for any of my orders.

Save yourself the hassle and order straight from japan, you'll get your products faster even with the country on covid lockdown.
