It's been 4 weeks now and I'm still chasing a product that hasn't come and i have called and emailed numerous amount of times. Have you just taken my money then or?

I have ordered 3 parfums, but only received 2 what were damage.
I have try to email them but not answer.

The perfumes smells so good my order was a bit muddled but it was okay because there sorted it out

I had a bit of a shaky start with this company . I had order through an online auction site and original order seemed to dissappear and I was getting nowhere.
I approached Oudh directly and the difference was like chalk and cheese!
They proved to be attentive and kept me in touch all the way through and goods actually arrived before time !

Not recieved it yet.phoned three times,phone not answered.then they called back and said there was a missed call from my number,the lady said she would get back to me and didnt.she seemed a bit like she didnt even know what she was talking about tbh.

It took me ages to unpack my order which is a great thing! Everything was well packed, quick delivery and everything as described! 10/10

No delivery of my order of 05/10/23- No.7939 - £29.98 and after many enquiries to Cust.Ser. I have received NO communication from them at all. I have informed Paypal of this and have had confirmation that the transaction has taken place. Yours Mrs. Pat Harrington.

I did my order for Treasure perfume with order number #7965 last two weeks …….till now nothing has been delivered to my address and no email has been sent to me concerning my order. I have sent countless emails to them but to no avail….so I think this shop is a scam guys….dont buy from them.
