Your service is exceptional and Katie was very helpful. I purchased the aluminum four bar authentic ship light. It was just what I wanted to match another one I already had. I was so happy with it I purchased two more. Can’t wait to receive the other two and they ship out very promptly. I love their website gives great ideas.

Lovely and user friendly website with speedy delivery.

Great customer service. Highly recommend

I was very upset when my mother opened her birthday present to find it Covered in dirt / mud and barnacles and the rope wasn’t tied. How embarrassing!!!! I spent hours cleaning it.... not impressed.

Awesome product! Quick delivery and really happy with the price!

Everything shipped quickly and was exactly as described. Thank you Our Boat House!

They didn’t let me know that the product I ordered was unavailable until I called them to find out when it would be delivered. Then I chose another product and was told that they would get back to me in the next couple days if it was available; I have not heard from them. All this time they have $435 of my money. Today I requested a return of my money.

Wonderful customer service. Can’t wait to receive my new sleeper sofa!

Thanks for the phone call to get the order placed properly.

Great selection of nautical themed items for the home inside and out! Wish the shipping was not so high. Happy with purchase of dock lights.

Gorgeous showroom and so tasteful! These women know their stuff. I want EVERYTHING in the showroom!

Wonderful curated collection and super responsive customer service!

We were wanting to replace the slipcovers on our Newport sofa and loveseat after six years - the fabric and cushions had held up but we were looking for a different color. I really appreciated the chat service and the swatches we requested arrived in less than a week. After six years of daily use the cushions have maintained their integrity. The upholstery is beautifully sewn and has withstood numerous washings. I would recommend a fade resistant fabric if there are a lot of windows in the room.

I found what I was looking for- so I am happy.

Such a great shopping experience and the sales team was so helpful. I would definitely shop from Our Boat House again.

When faced with the challenge of furnishing a brand new vacation home from scratch from a significant distance, we stumbled upon Our Boat House. We flew down, spent a few hours with Stacey, and while we are not totally finished yet, we are confident that when we move in this fall, our home will look exactly like we hoped it would. Stacey has learned our preferences quickly and factored them in with her own flawless advice, and together we are building something I know we are going to be happy with for years to come. This is truly a turnkey service unlike anything we have experienced before. I would highly recommend!

Fast and easy to navigate the site. Rapid response and shipping. Would shop here again.

We ordered a light , did not receive it yet. The process was easy.
