Tears of joy.

I had my cuff made earlier this year. I lost my mum recently and wanted something she always said to me printed on it. When it came I cried. Tears of joy. It’s perfect. The service and delivery was brilliant, especially since we were in lockdown at the time. I can’t thank them enough and I’ll be back for sure in the future.

Very special place!…

The place I ask my now wife if she would go steady with me 45 years ago is a special place to us, so I had one of these cuffs made for me and it’s just perfect, received it on time and I just love it. I wear it every day!!

Great product. Great service.

I have ordered three cuffs (2 matching, 1 separate) and have been extremely please with the quality of the products, the speed of delivery, and most importantly, the customer service. When a mistake was noticed in the coordinates of one cuff (might have been my error - not sure), it was immediately replaced with no questions asked and no additional charge. Highly recommended!

My Girlfriend Loved Them!

My girlfriend loved them! I recently purchased from them as a 3 year anniversary gift for my girlfriend, the matching cuffs arrived even earlier than the website's predicted dates. Definitely recommend these, my girlfriend has yet to take hers off.

They expedited my 3rd order with them so sweet

This is my 3rd order and I couldn't be happier with their customer support. I told the support agent Selena, how my anniversary was coming up and wasn't sure if my order would arrive in time since i ordered with standard shipping. She saw that this was my 3rd order and immediately said she will ship out another order with priority shipping to arrive in 3 days! I was like that's soo sweet!! She deserves a raise, lol. I got them pretty soon after and showed my husband. Theyre so special. Means so much. Will be ordering more for christmas gifts

Horrible Service! Do not purchase...

I would request everyone to NOT purchase from this website. They don't make occasions special in fact ruin them! Even after a month of placing the order, I did not receive it. I had even paid expedition charges but the order is not delivered yet and even the extra charges are not refunded.

Shipping internationally to India has proven to be challenging amid the Pandemic and we wish we could have done more to expedite your order. Chances are your package may have gotten lost in transit. Very Bad Customer service

I bought a plain cuff with no engraving ,and when it came I found that it is not of good quality and looks cheap. I wanted to return it back and get a refund for my money .I sent them 3 emails and they keep saying that there will be no refund as it is a customized cuff., while it is not . It is a plain cuff with no customization what so ever . Just another trick to take your money .

Don’t go with this company AVOID!!!!

Don’t go with this company, you will not receive your products. If you complain enough on social media they may refund after begging to take off your reviews. If you are looking for an anniversary present try any other company. If it doesn’t arrive they will blame anyone but themselves. Avoid!!!!

Beautiful product that draws compliments. UPDATED REVIEW!

Edit 12/7/20: I ordered another bracelet after the first became damaged. The experience was entirely different. Shipping took a bit, but I expected that it would - I didn't pay for priority shipping. It was still about the same as when I paid for priority. Not an issue, as I wasn't contending with a deadline.

My initial review came after the initial "too bad, so sad" reply from Selena Mendez.

Compliments to the company for finally making an effort to make it right. Notwithstanding the shipping and original customer service issues, it is a fantastic product. The stackable charms had a tendency to slide around on mine, so I super glued them where I want them. I've also soaked it in coconut oil and vacuum sealed it for a day, (and put the whole bag in hot water, to help it penetrate) which really helps with water resistance, and it's wonderfully soft now. I reapply coconut oil once in a while. (Leather and oil go together like peas and carrots.) The leather has taken on a beautiful mahogany color, and a nice patina.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
I would think twice before doing business with OurCuffs. If you post the truth, they will censor you on their Facebook profile, and subsequently make it impossible for you to leave a review or a comment there.

Even if you pay for priority shipping (3-5 days), you won't get priority shipping. Mine was on the order of 18-20 days. They will blame it on their "forwarder", refuse to refund what you paid for priority shipping, and expect you to be satisfied that you got the item, at all. Looking at you, Selena Mendez in Customer Service.

Don't expect Made-In-America. They purport to be a US company, but their stuff comes from China. They ship it to some place in the US, who relabels it and sends it out - label carefully applied over the original.
The first time I saw the stackable bracelet (leather, with stackable charms), it was $38. Then $40, then $44, which is what I bought it for. As of today, they're listed for $59.

I recently ordered and am currently…

I recently ordered and am currently waiting for my second bracelet! The first one turned out so wonderful that I had to have a second one.
The quality is top notch, and the engraving is flawless.
My first one is of the coordinates of my birthplace and the second one will be of my birthdate in Roman Numerals and I'm so excited to get it, I can barely wait!
Makes an amazing gift as well.

Fraudsters

This company will take your money and NEVER send you the bracelet, do not be sucked in, they took $30.74 from me, I waited and waited (I live in the UK) for it to arrive and nothing arrived. I contacted the support team and a lady called Selena helped me out, to be fair she was very helpful and the only reason I award a star is for her. I have been refunded apparently, let's see if it goes in to my bank. Please do not buy from them, the bracelets are well over priced anyway as I found an alternative on Amazon, for £9.99, if you value your money then do not shop with OurCuffs
