I have had a fantastic experience with Oushk. Someone is always just a email call or text away if I have any concerns or questions. I also couldn't do my journey with the help of the cuddlycubs percy & ste they are just fantastic support

I am really impressed with the quality of care with Oushk. Any concerns I have I email and I get a detailed reply to help my query. Iv been with Oushk for 16 months now and I feel im in safe hands. Iv lost upto 4 stones and im still continuing with my journey only because I have support from Oushk and from cuddlycubs percy&ste.

Great service with lots of help and information and quick delivery. Massive bonus having the Cuddly Cubs, Percy & Ste, offering help and support with lots of tips and chats and weekly check in’s to make sure you are ok.

I've tried a few collagen powders over the years and always felt a bit sceptical, most taste awful or you can't tell if they're doing anything. This one is different. Knowing it was actually developed by pharmacists gave me more confidence going in, and it shows: no overpowering flavour, and it dissolves properly instead of turning into a gritty sludge at the bottom of the glass.

I've been taking it daily for about few weeks now, mixed into my morning coffee or shake, and I'm genuinely seeing results - my skin looks more plump and less dry, my hair is healthy and nails aren't snapping the way they used to. My joints feel better after workouts too, which is a bonus!

It's not the cheapest option out there, but it's worth the money. I can actually feel and see the difference, which is more than I can say for other brands I've tried. Would happily recommend it to anyone who wants a collagen supplement that actually works!

I have been with this pharmacy for over a year a very loyal customer. I ordered on the 15th July so I would receive my pen before my holiday. My parcel arrived on Saturday 18th with nothing in it only the ice and packaging. I sent the company an email with photos as requested. I then called Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday for an update. Eventually I received an email saying they had investigated and they were satisfied that it had been put in the parcel. As you can imagine I was so upset as I had spent a lot of money and they were not replacing the item. They said they were going to contact Royal Mail but that would take 28 days. I said I have been a loyal customer for over a year and as a company you should be sending a replacement. They were so unhelpful and just kept saying they were happy with their investigation. So I asked where does that leave me other than out of pocket. Please avoid this company as they don’t even care you are out of pocket and will not send a replacement. If I could give no stars I would.

My parcel never turned up and I am still without my delivery it is a week late! Think it has been stolen. I thought these were a great company until this happened. Not very good customer service. It’s a lot of money to pay for goods and not receive.

Wonderful service. Love the extra benefits I get each month! I have just purchased some face cream for free with my Oushk Points. Bonus

Have been with Oushk for 2 years great company so helpful nothing a problem and service is brilliant okay you maybe get it cheaper elsewhere but for service they provide well worth staying with Oushk So informative I just think they are amazing and brilliant customer service highly recommend this company and have done to family and friends

Amazing service & amazing ongoing support. Oushk aren’t just a prescriber they give fantastic support with regular phone check ins & video monitoring. They don’t just take your money for the medication, they ensure your dosage is correct for your needs & regularly check-in to ensure you’re managing side effects etc. I’ve used other prescribers in the past & felt alone after paying for my medication, this certainly isn’t the case with Oushk! Medication is delivered promptly. I highly recommend Oushk as a medication provider

Aruj is great! She has been professional, helpful and on top of everything since I started my GLP-1 treatment with Oushk after I moved from the US to the UK last year. I most recently spoke to her this morning when she called me to check on a few details of my order, which I appreciated. All in all Oushk has been an excellent provider of my Mounjaro.

My daughter has recently had issues with her prescription and I cannot thank the team at oushk enough for the support and compassion they have showed her. My daughter had issues recently with her weight loss prescription and the support she received is literally second to none. I had concerns with my daughter accessing weight loss treatment but I did not need to worry because oushk provide such excellent care and support that is personalised and second to none. It is clearly evident that the team care about each individual and provide support and advice that is easily accessible and nothing is too much trouble. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you to all the team.

I have always had great experiences with Oushk since starting my weight loss treatment over a year ago. The times I’ve had to contact their customer services for various reasons I have always been treated with respect and dignity. I recently experienced a complex issue regarding my prescription and GP surgery that lasted several weeks (to no fault of Oushk - who on the contrary did everything they could to support and assist me throughout).

I spoke to Connor and Lucy on the phone, who are customer service representatives, and they are a wonderful representation of the customer service that Oushk provides. Connor was personable and friendly and Lucy was so empathetic and kind it really made a difference to speak to both of them. Lucy recently took the time to talk to me during a stressful situation and it really made a difference to speak to someone so lovely and who genuinely cared and actively tried to comfort and support me. The customer service representatives are also very helpful whenever you have to speak to them and they will resolve your issue promptly and efficiently.

I also have to mention Summer, who has been absolutely amazing. She has made time to speak to me multiple times to reassure me, support me and do everything she possibly can to assist me - despite her very busy schedule and workload, she has always done so with absolute professionalism and expertise. As I mentioned I’ve had a recent stressful, frustrating and upsetting period that has unfortunately been an ongoing situation for several weeks, but she has continually gone above and beyond to help me throughout. She has been so kind, empathetic and compassionate that I am genuinely touched by how she has supported me and I am extremely grateful to her. I have autism and suffer with anxiety and she has never once made me feel like a nuisance, she has been very understanding and validating. The were several instances where she made extra efforts just to try to provide me reassurance as quickly as possible to help my anxiety.

I appreciate the way Oushk staff have assisted and supported me during my treatment but also during the recent situation I have experienced, not only as a patient but also as a human being. I have to say their empathy and kindness really makes a difference, you never really know what someone is going through and we are all just human beings trying to do our best.

Their knowledge and professionalism is also outstanding, their dedication to providing the best treatment and support to their patients is very clear. Any time I have had to speak to a prescriber for advice, they have been very helpful and informative. If you have any questions or just need advice or support with your treatment, they are always available at Oushk and actively encourage you to reach out if you need any help. I know several other people who are also on weight loss treatments and their experiences are very different, as was mine with a previous provider. Oushk really give personalised advice and go above and beyond to provide the best care for their patients with their overall health and wellbeing as a priority. It isn’t just a prescription with no other support, they provide personalised treatment and are very approachable and actively encourage you to ask for advice and support where needed.

Last month I ordered my Mounjaro from OUSHK using their Express Delivery service. According to their terms and conditions, Express Delivery includes same-day dispatch and requires a signature on delivery, with no safe-place delivery option.

However, when my parcel was dispatched, it was sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24, which does not require a signature and allows parcels to be left outside. Although the parcel arrived the next day, I did not receive the service I paid £13.99 for. I specifically chose Express Delivery because I wanted the parcel signed for and not left unattended.

I contacted OUSHK to raise my concerns, but I was met with different explanations and felt my complaint was dismissed rather than properly addressed. My issue was never about the delivery speed; it was about not receiving the delivery service that was advertised and paid for.

I had been a customer since February 2025, but due to this experience and the way my complaint was handled, I will no longer be purchasing my Mounjaro from OUSHK.

Overall, I am disappointed that OUSHK failed to provide the service described in their own terms and conditions and did not adequately resolve my concerns.

I had successfully used 2 doses from my 10mg Mounjaro pen with no issues. I came to do my 3rd dose and the pen wouldn’t prime. I tried 4 needles all with the same result. I contacted Oushk to ask for help and to see if I could take it to them for them to look at. They were extremely helpful and supportive and confirmed on inspection that the pen was faulty. They replaced my pen there and then. All completed and turned around in less than 2 hours! Excellent customer service, excellent pharmacy! I’ve been with you for almost a year and wouldn’t go anywhere else! Highly recommended, thank you for your help and professionalism.
