Have never ordered or signed up to this company. Sometimes I receive multiple emails a day, get emails everyday. Have reported and blocked and unsubsribed to something I haven't subscribed to. But still get the emails.

They suck, the product sucks. 30£ wasted on super low quality t shirts. Looks like NL is european China

Ordered an item, received an acknowledgement and confirmation of payment from PayPal, but nothing from Outspot. Chased up 6 days later and again the following day but still no reply. However, since writing the above the item turned up unexpectedly. It's good but they need to improve communication.

I ordered a gift 11 days before Xmas and paid for 5 day delivery and am still waiting for it. I have not received any confirmation from the delivery company GLS. However, Outspot did send me a link for the delivery company, that still doesn’t give me any indication when I should receive my purchase. Stating it’s on its way the final delivery parcel depot. I am still no clearer on when I should receive my goods. This is unacceptable.

Unsolicited emails sometimes two or three a day. I have never signed up to them or visited their site. Bombarded with emails and when I try to unsubscribe, the emails just keep coming.
I've had to the block the address.

I bought a windshield cover. Absoultr rubbish. Magnets are pathetic and the quality is ridiculous. Emailedcthem for a refund ages ago. Heard nothing. A total scam. Will never use then again and recommend you avoid

Excellent bought a 4.6 water fed cleaning pole for £29 amazing quality arrived when they said it would.will definitely buy again from out spot.Well done

item never delivered 1st time asked if I wanted them to resend or refund.
asked to be resent. still didn't arrive was just excuse after excuse.
raised paypal dispute to get money back

Wrap around over-glasses sunglasses - £11.
Took the full 15 days to arrive in UK. They come with a bag not a case. Within 2 weeks of wearing, a side lens had fallen out and was lost and then shortly after also one of the eye pieces. My previous pair (not from this company) lasted 15 years. You pay peanuts you get peanuts. Can't understand why their website only has excellent reviews for this product!

Quoted 8 days now 28th May and cannot find anywhere to be able to cancel the order

Delivery is hit and miss at the best. They may not even hand the item to the courier and then customer service just give useless replies that don't answer your question or solve the problem.

This feels like a scam....

I am not sure what to make of this organization. May not be genuine so be aware.

Order not arrived. Placed 13 March. Promised deliver in 7 days. Almost 4 weeks now and the "Help Desk" says if you want a refund tell the courier to return the order - but, there is no order.

I've never used Outspot & suddenly I'm getting unsolicited emails from them. Didn't want to click the unsubscribe button in the link in case it was fraud & the link gave fraudsters access. Now I know the email address is legit i'll canc the emails.

I've received unsolicited emails from Outspot. When I reported this in a reply, I was told I'd accessed the site at 3.39 on 8th March. I was ill and in no position to be shopping. Disgusting!

Bought item, sat in Belgium for 4 days, showing released from uk customs. Parcel force tracking number doesn’t work and “amber” who replies to every email with you’ll get it soon

I ordered a bag. It was not the colour I needed. I attempted to return the bag. It took six weeks to get a returns label! I returned the bag. I was told I could have a refund. A verification code was sent to my junk mail. I could not send the code from ‘junk’. I have been told - in fact Outspot has insisted a refund has been sent. I certainly haven’t received a credit on my credit card. I only have one credit card so I haven’t the faintest idea what has happened to the refund?????

Item as described and half the price compared to the UK price! Delivered within the week which is excellent considering this was sent from the EU.

My delivery has just come today and is amazing. Outspot. Are spot on (forgive the pun) The delivery service and delivery people are so friendly and in good time. What an excellent service and company 👍😀
