Communication is tricky, but thanks for the prompt refund. For some reason the transaction appears in my bank account under the name of Ibis Styles Paris, so it is difficult to reconcile.

It took 2 attempts over a good period of time to receive these goods.
They did arrive eventually

Speedy delivery and good products. Never had any problems with this company.

Very helpful for the environment as i live in a housing association and have comunal recycling and general waste facilities with the winter darkness i can navigate the pathway to the bins

My parcel was delivered within the time specified in an email sent earlier, as usual. I met the driver while I was outside my door, and he handed the item to me. As usual, the item was delivered with care and quickly.

Ordered an item on Christmas Day which never turned up , on the 11th jan I got an email saying the item had been returned to the sender then 1 hour later an email from GLS saying it had been delivered to my house. I clicked on the view signature part which was blank , I emailed GLS and they said it was nothing to do with them and to contact outspot, I contacted outspot and explained the situation which they then offered to send the item again but I said I’d like a refund and there had been radio silence ever since. I’ve emailed every day for 4 days now and not getting a response. AVOID THIS COMPANY THEY ARE CON ARTISTS, they are scamming their customers .

Firstly why has this been sent having never receiving my order that was left at another house and still waiting for an answer of were they are and not been able to speak to anybody only email communication which is not helpful having reply’s back saying this could take up to 4 days before I have feed back, so regarding your feed back form rip it up and throw it in the bin because that’s how I’m feeling at the moment having spent all that money and feeling that no body cares

The product was good however I found my parcel lobbed over the Garden fence a few days later, no note to say this had been done. Obviously with the British weather Rain and snow and didn't go into my back garden until the weekend (Parcel apparently delivered on Monday), two fine two of the boxes wet through, not had a chance to check if the lights work as not had much sun. I contacted GLS delivery who initial responded well and then wanted me to contact GB GLS who have never repsonded apart from an email a few minutes ago to dsay how was our service

Sorry, but these socks are rubbish! I tried one pair and have thrown them all away.

Just that the socks were 1000%, but your customer service with regard to non-deliveries and complaints, is dreadful. I shall not be ordering from you further, and I have been one of your very satisfied customers over the years.

At the time of writing the item has not been received please send or REFUND

Item has not been received

Received my order quickly. Came before Christmas, which I did not expect. Great quality item. Quick and easy to order.

Delivery was excellent but trying to return the item is a nightmare. Have sent 3 emails to help access my account but have heard nothing as yet. I still have the chair boxed up and so far unable to arrange collection. Not impressed!
