Great communication, my Aga looked like new afterwards and for a reasonable price.

Phil PR7 arrived to clean several appliances on time. He and his colleague were very friendly and approachable. We are delighted with the work they carried out especially on our oven. We will use Oven Support again and recommend to our friends and family.

Constant contact with the company, kept up to date with time of arrival and very pleased with the end result

Poor communication up until the day before then someone called me to say they would give me 30 mins notice before they arrived. I had explained that this was a rental property and I did not live there so I would need at least 15 mins to get there. Oven Clean said that was not a problem however on the day of my clean, I was rang and told the cleaner was outside, I explained i would be there in 15 mins. I was called back when I arrived at the property to only be told the cleaner had left and wouldn't be returning today! I was appalled as I had made arrangements specifically for this day. I now need to claim back a refund and book someone else.

I made a booking an online booking (£25 deposit paid) with this company on April 14th 2026 at 9.56am I received an order summary which states "Remaining Balance to be paid to the cleaner on the day" (Cash/Card) However, the day before the booking I have been contacted and told I MUST pay in full today, before the job has commenced. I refused to pay without double checking the order summary they sent me, and told them I'd call them back once I checked the document they sent with their original terms. I was correct and pointed out the company were breaking their agreed terms, not me, After querying this and still refusing to pay upfront for their service, I was then told I couldn't have a refund for the deposit I paid, as it was under 24 hrs to the booking, when no time had actually been allocated to the job. I requested AM but received no confirmation time, as when I called to make the confirmation they refused to allow me to pay 2mrw as agreed. DO NOT USE THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!

Steve was so friendly and done a fantastic job. Courtesy phone call before he arrived which was a nice touch. He was super quick cannot believe how sparkly clean my oven is! Looks brand new! Highly recommend Steve to anyone! Also great tips and oven advice! Thank you very much

Very poor did not turn up for the oven clean very dissapointed
When I phoned up to clarify the appointment the caller stated that they had tried to contact me several times but did call or text me .
Not happy waited in all morning

Super clean, tidy job and very professional. The only slight thing was I booked for the afternoon and the cleaner turned up in the morning but offered to rebook and I decided to go ahead with it anyway. Excellent job and now I’m scared to use my oven it looks so clean!

Patrick was fantastic. He rang ahead of the appt as promised to give me notice he was nearby and he was friendly and very quick and efficient. The clean was fantastic and I would certainly use Ovensupport again.

Steve was extremely efficient and explained the procedure and products he would use. He worked methodically and did a remarkable job. I am so pleased and would definitely recommend your company in the future.

PR7 PHIL cleaned our oven today, I cannot fault his service, punctuality, work carried out to a high standard and he was friendly and courteous, this is our second time using the service and we will definitely use again.

I had my oven, hob and extractor cleaned, but the results were very disappointing. The hob was still dirty after he left, the oven wasn’t cleaned to an acceptable standard, and the extractor was barely touched. The whole job took no more than 30 minutes, yet I was charged £80. This is by far the worst oven cleaning service I’ve experienced in 15 years.

Martin, was prompt, friendly and professional. He cleaned our Range Master twin oven to perfection.
Moving house is a chore so to be able to "outsource" some of the work was a fantastic help.
